1. Lie on your back. ... 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

I am 30 years old and I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since 18 years, here are some doctors said that there is no any treatment of this disease because it is genetic disease (HLA B27 positive report, they only suggest some daily exercise to control, but not worked. Please help someone, I am not able to do any proper movement like any normal people, and daily activities.

For Ankylosing Spondylitis the best suggestion to do general aerobic exercises which includes breathing and all the other exercises which involves the total movements of the proximal joints ie. Neck, shoulder, elbow in the upper limb and in the lower limbs, trunk, hip, knee movements which will facilitate to improve the normal range of motion of the joints thereby improving the blood circulation. You can also try swimming activity, tread mill, cycling etc.,

If you have leg pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Probably you have congenital or infantile hemiparesis, or maybe hemiparetic type of cerebral palsy. If such is the case, exercise and physiotherapy are of utmost importance. If muscle spasm is too much, centrally acting muscle relaxants are needed.

hello Rojes, you should go for an X-ray of the backbone , if there is any complication in your back bone due go the fall.if it is been ignored later you may suffer from it.any injury to fibre,muscle or even the tendons. get well soon

I have pain in my back.in middle. From 7 mnth. Even some tyme of swelling has occur below neck. .i had an spine x ray. Bt it was normal. My family doctor is not able to understand the problem .can you pla suggest what problem it can be?

7 months is long enough to probe into the matter. You should change your posture in routine which can be achieved by 1- change your chair 2- change your pillow 3- if possible, the bed or at least quilt should be changed 4- change your bike keep in touch, we will do something when even after changing things over a period of around 10 to 15 days. Some light exercises and investigations (, mri etc) after follow up then medicines. Regards.
