I feel bitter taste in my mouth most of the time. It is specially severe when I get up in the morning. Motions are more or less normal. Shall be grateful for advise.
I suffering bleeding from gums from from last 3 months currently i am using sensodine and also using hexidine for gargle and also hexigel for gums massage but result is not upto mark so what should i do?
Sir I am suffering from sub mucous fibrosis from 5 year. I do daily exercise for mouth open 3 to 4 time last 45 days. And salt garara 3 to 4 time daily (gungune namak ke pani se garara krna) And take oxitard capsule 1 time and use kenacart ointment 3 to four time daily. But My mouth open 12 mm today. And mouth opening increase 2 mm last 45 days. I want to fast response Please suggest me.

So, flossing can also help reduce your bad breath.
Without flossing your mouth is sure to have tartar accumulation that can cause a number of health problems. Some mouth infections can take a toll on your heart. Your healthy smile can also mean a healthy heart.
Flossing and brushing must go hand in hand for the benefit of your oral hygiene. Both are equally important if you do not wish to have painful teeth and gum infections.
