unknown cause of many time of vomiting of your mother may be risky . give her plenty of water, digestive anzymes, may be problems in abdomen.hence pl. go for test usg.abdomen, blood test for liver lft, cbc, you can give her tab. emeset 4 mg sos. after the tests you may be solved problems.

Front teeth that is anteriors must not be missing. Posterior teeth must be present without caries if carious there must be restorations. Missing posterior or molars must be replaced. Atleast the first molars. Teeth must be clean with no stains or calculus. Ni gingivitis or periodontitis. Severe overcrowding must not be there. There must be a balanced occlusion. No caries. Class 3 malocllusions must not be present. Cross bite should not be present all teeth except last molars must be present.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

You need to improve on your immunity. Eat nutrient dense food and good amount of proteins to increase your immunity. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Walk at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello lybrate-user white vaginal discharge without any bad smell or lower abdominal pain or fever is usually normal. Some femle gets more and some less. Yes during menopause hormonal changes occur in body that is why due to this hormonal imbalance some women gain weight. Remedy is first you have to make balance between your hormone. Yoga will help you in this case. There are some specific yoga technique which help you to maintain your hormonal balance. Then after proper diet and exercise schedule. It is not like that you are vegetarian so your diet is healthy and you are consuming less calories. 30 min brisk walk only burn 100 kcal where if you eat 100 gm chips you consume 550kcal. So all you need proper diet and yoga counselling.

Hi. You are 4'7" tall, right? want to grow height further? as height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 5 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -always stand straight instead of hunching your back.

Usually because of sun exposure, but if darkness is patchy on the face also and not uniform, then we need to evaluate internal or hormonal causes. Treatment of the cause will help both internal and external treatment may be required.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Increase your sleep time to 7 to 8 hours a day. Do not interrupt your sleep and sleep during night times only. Take small naps if possible. Drink water. Get your hemoglobin checked.
