I'm facing breathing problem. Previously faced the same few years back and that was due to asthma. Then I got'Airspace inhaler prescribed form the doctor while I was in delhi and I got well. Again I started facing the same (mostly when I travel to different city). This time i'm facing since last 2 months and I have to use" Airspace Inhaler" once a day to avoid this. Is there any permanent solution for the same?

Its muscle soreness. Usually happens when we do exercise. It will go within 2 to 3 days. Just drink maximum water so it will reduce muscle soreness.

My age is 17 years and my weight is 46.7 kg. Sometimes I feel pain in my hands and legs. Also I get tired vry soon. What should I do to increase my weight and become healthy. Hi lybrate-user Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: * Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. * Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, pastas and cereals like whole wheat ; fruits and vegetables; dairy products like milk, curd and paneer ;lean protein like fish, chicken and eggs ; and nuts and seeds. * Try smoothies and shakes. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes made with milk and fresh or frozen fruit, and sprinkle in some ground flaxseed. In some cases, a liquid meal replacement may be recommended. * Watch when you drink. Some people find that drinking fluids before meals blunts their appetite. In that case, it may be better to sip higher calorie beverages along with a meal or snack. For others, drinking 30 minutes after a meal, not with it, may work. * Make every bite count. Snack on nuts, peanut butter, cheese, dried fruits and almond butter. * Top it off. Add extras to your dishes for more calories — such as cheese in casseroles and scrambled eggs, and fat-free dried milk in soups and stews. * Have an occasional treat. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of pie with ice cream is OK. But most treats should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Yoghurt and granola bars are good choices. * Exercise. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

I want to know about cubital tunnel syndrome (entrapment of ulnar nerves at elbow) and its possible treatment.
Use a elbow band of your size. Do not lift heavy weights untill your pain subside. Hot fomentation at home. Ultrasonic therapy or laser therapy at physiotherapy clinic with tens and manipulation would cure your problem.

Neck advice neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck. Shoulder advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Thee leg musscles pain hard due to muscular cramps.So to overcome this problem try warm up your body for 10-15 miutes before football and drink plenty of water daily nearly 6-8 glass daily water ass dehydration can also be the reason for your muscular cramps.
