I am pregnant. Third month going by facing severe vomiting daily. because of which I dont feel to eat at all. Is it natural? Til what tum this vomiting will persist? My weight getting reduced because of this. How to avoid such issues. Kindly guide.

I have less haemoglobin in my body. Haemoglobin never increases. Now a days blood pressure low getting low after a week. So what precautions I take in this situation what medicine is to take in blood pressure low?

For Maintain low BP to normal level: • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate, banana. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal. • Take your meal daily do not skip meal. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of sugar and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. You can repeat it after 2 hours. This will maintain electrolyte balance and your BP. You can drink a cup of tea. * Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • Drink a glass of milk daily. I am 27 years old. I had been taking bhang daily for last one and half years. Now I stopped taking it from last one and half months. Common causes of headache are -- Fever, migraine, stress, cold, sinusitis, anxiety, tensions ,vision problem, high BP. Commonest being inadequate sleep. Avoid stress and tensions. .do deep breathing exercises. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Get vision checked and bp checked too. In general public and many doctors also believe that too much masterbation results in infertility or any other sexual problems, but actual facts are that masturbation has no effect on fertility at all. Reduce fertility has various other causes, but excessive masterbation is not one of them. I you have any doubt then go for semen analysis test.

Dear Sir/ Mam, please give me your valuable advice and correct idea to deal with my problem as I am very much tense. I had my marriage in dec 2014 and conceived in jan 2015 and had miscarriage in March 2015, And after that I tried but no success. Later I shown to doctor in jan 2016 and had HSG in feb which show that both tube is blocked at corneal end (one is completely blocked and other is partially blocked. Dnt knw wht to do further as I want to conceive and want to have child. So please help. So that I can get successfully pregnant.

Hsg is not the confirmatory test and report is likely to be wrong as you already got pregnancy with the same tubes. Next process for you is to get laparoscopy done to find out about the tubes and if block is present there it can be opened at the same time.

Day before yesterday I got up with a vomiting sensation. After some time I puked. A bitter yellow color thing fell which is said to be acidity. And I had loose motions. I was not able to digest anything. Even the slightest thing I ate I puked. Later I consulted a doctor and he gave me meds. Wich consisted of before and after food. Those are capsule's and tablets. Its been 2 days now I still feel pukish. My motions have been stopped. But I am always getting this vomit sensation. What do I do about it?

For Sinus and Nose problems, try taking steam inhalation for 3 times a day. If problem is not solved in 2-3 days, you may need additional medicines. Techniques to steam 1) Boil a pot of water. 2) Pour water into a large flat pan or bowl. If you use a casserole, water will remain warm for longer duration. 3) Place your head over the bowl at a distance of 1 feet. 4) Cover your head and bowl with a large towel (like a tent), take long breath through your nose and breath out through mouth. Take a break every 1-2 minutes until you feel relatively cooler. Do it for 10 minute twice or thrice a day. If you feel that the treatment is getting too much for you, raise the towel so that fresh air is brought into the area and breathe through your mouth a couple of times and then resume Take care - Take all precautions while dealing with hot water. Also, keep children away and wan others that you are dealing with boiling hot water. Other way is - by an Electric steamer available in market and take steam through it. It is more convenient.
