For better Sex life: sexual weakness in men can be of either physical or psychological origin. Physical causes Alcoholism – quite common. Abuse of drugs such as cocaine. Obesity – quite common; slimming down will often help. Anaemia - unusual, unless the man has been bleeding for any reason. Hyperprolactinaemia the pituitary gland produces too much of the hormone prolactin. Prescribed drugs – particularly Proscar (finasteride), a tablet used for prostate problems and also medications affecting the brain. Low testosterone level – contrary to what many people think, this is uncommon, except in cases where some injury or illness has affected the testicles. Any major disease such as diabetes. Head injury. An underactive thyroid gland. Psychological causes Depression – very common. Stress and overwork. Exhaustion. Hang-ups from childhood. Latent homosexuality. Serious relationship problems with your partner. Treatment: Get physical check-up, and also any blood tests which the doctor thinks necessary, like a blood count or thyroid tests. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathologicalreasons for back pain. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. Firstf all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Physiotherapy treatment:Ift and swd can be done for localized pain.Ift and traction can be done if you have radiating pain.

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Topical capsaicin, derived from chili peppers, may help with arthritis, diabetic nerve pain, and other conditions. I am suffering from intense pain near the ankle of one foot. It came all of a sudden and it increased overnight. The pain is increasing and there is a swelling in that area. I can't even walk now. What might be the problem? I didn't fall or tripped. Please help.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

I have pain in shoulder joint. I have got it checked from different doctors and they said it's a frozen shoulder issue. You can get treated by medicines. But I could not recover that pain. Any solution to it? Age is 30.

Shoulder pain or elbow pain or HAND PAIN k liye ap ice massage kijiye … jurck se bachiye or shoulder wheeler exercise kijiye. Clapping kijiye. Sweeling aye to ice massage kijiye ……rotation krte rahiye. Elbow m pain ho to ap ultra sound lgaiye 4-10 days pulley exercise kijiye or weight cuff bandh kr 1-2kg k weight cuff se pendullaer exercise kijiye…. I hope get well soon thnx. Wrist pain k liye stimuleter ka use kr sakte h …. Or fingers k liye mobilization bi krsakte h I hope get well soon……thnx.

dear first u have HYPOTHYROIDISM not hyper..secondly with eltroxin 100 if u have tsh 60 then either u r missing doses of eltroxin or this is underdosage for u ..i think probably u r missing some dose...and why have u stopped antihypertensive medications?? these are required to be taken lifelong...eltroxin is to be taken empty stomach in the morning without a miss of even a single day..get back to me with latest tsh report and proper reason ....

Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.
