Hello lybrate user if there s Only joint pain without any infection then simply you can do warm water hand exercises daily and try to take short breaks /intervals while doing household &kitchen work. exercises with spongy ball and hand exerciser will be helpful.keep in mind do exercises with some rest time thrice a day.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Dear Stanly, Because you had ligament tear you need to be cautious throughout your life to avoid any high impact weight bearing activites like jumping, running otherwisw it will precipitate and aggravate your pain. Swelling around your ankle means inflammation and for that you can go for some rest of the ankle joint, ice massage and you can use crepe bandage for some time to immobilise the joint. can keep you ankle in elevated position while sleeping or while resting. As far as your back pain is concerned, long sitting is definitely one of the reasons for it. So try walking about ever 1/2 hr to stretch your back. Moreover since you're indoors most of the time, your vitamin d levels are likely to be low. Get your vitamin d levels done fasting and learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and do them upto 3 times a day. Revert back with reports.

No you cannot go back to normal diet with fats and heavy food. Jaundice reports are normal after 10 days but enzymes remain at a higher level for 6 weeks for a type & 8 weeks for b type of jaundice. Eat more proteins for liver to get repaired faster- toned milk, curd, few nuts, clear soups, boiled eggs. Avoid fats of any kind. Avoid bulky food. Eat more often. Drink lots of water/ ors/ canejuice-fresh & clean/ diluted milk with roohafza/ weak tea etc. More liquids will help bilirubin the yellow pigment get out of system faster. No exposure to sun, basic hygiene like bath & cottons only & total rest from work. Do get tested for type of jaundice-a or b.

Hi My wife was pregnant and after 27 weeks she got aborted on 18th february 2015. We don't know the exact reason but doctor said it was because of lack of rest. She was doing normal household work and she is mother to 2 babies of 7 years and 3. 5 years. Even after 2 months her health is not ok. Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.

Dear Whenever you will start walking jogging, in the beginning it happens that you will be tired or you will feel Iain in leg for two three days. Start your exercise slowly first and increase it day by day. At present you should do massage with any oil at night for two three days and get well soon.
