6 months back I had been for endoscopy report is normal, after that I am feeling there is pain in liver, is endoscopy instrument make any damage inside, last 3 month continuous pain in liver side, even my ultrasonic scan reports is normal, do the needful.

Hi. If you feel like that then I will advise you bellis prennis 30 and calendula 30 two drops of each medicine four times a day for a week. Please report after a week.

It might be weekness in your body electrols and joint pain becoz of calcium deficiency. Suggestions to drink electrols for few days and go for Gentle Stretching of whole body.

Please take a glass of milk daily. Also take a glass full of mixed fruit juice. Do morning exercises. For pain in legs take mag phos 6x - twice daily. For cough and cold take bryonia 200 - once daily for next 3 days.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello Anu, only exercise will help you to reduce your belly. Please try doing stomach comprising exercise or yoga. Have your dinner early. Avoid going to bed soon after food.

Hi My wife is suffering from bronchitis. She stays in port blair. She have diagnosed in allopathy however that gives temp relief. She stopped allopathy then and tried homeopathy and ayurvedic. It is most likely bronchial asthma due to allergens in the air. She seems to be allergic to the pollens or dust in port blair. Either she has to move out from there to another city like bangalore or take inhalers regularly to control the symptoms. In any case consultation with a good pulmonologist should help.

Hi there. I am having problem with my back and hips pain. I work eight hours a day by sitting in front of computer on a flexible office chairs. The problem is when I used to sit for long time the pain starts. My back as well as my hips starts paining. And this only happen when I used to sit for long time. Mr. lybrate-user It is very common to have this kind of back pain with office working people having desk work. Following changes should be made 1. Maintain appropriate posture while sitting 2. Take breaks every 25 30 mins. Get up and walk for just altst 30 secs to 1 min 3. Follow office exercises (Visit a physiotherapist for the same) 4. Use hot pack for pain relief 5. Lying on your stomach for 2 mins atlst is a good exercise 6. Exercise_ lying on stomach rise up on elbows hold the head with hands as you would watch tv. 1 mins and 3 sets.

Make him to lie on the back on the floor - give a towel roll under the pain region in back - give pillow under the knees and ask him to breath in and out fully for several times and repeat it frequently. If it is not relieved get advice from qualified physiotherapist.
