Is it better to use v-wash daily versus a soap? Are there any side-effects or known harm?

Is it better to use v-wash daily versus a soap? Are there any side-effects or known harm?
Only water is enough for most of women. Not soap as it changes pH. V-wash may be used by those who get frequent vaginal-vulval problems or in some areas which you visit where instead of washing this may be used. Everything in life has side effects. This is comparitively safe unless you have personal allergy.

I am thirty years old female, with 22 weeks of pregnancy. This is my third pregnancy and have two kids. During my second pregnancy I started to feel Braxton Hicks around 6 th month of pregnancy and at the seventh month I had preterm labour pain. I was put on complete bed rest for a month and in the beginning of the ninth month I gave birth to a baby. Now this is my third pregnancy, I have started Braxton Hicks again in 18 weeks. Had scanning in 21 weeks and everything seems to be normal with proper cervical length. Should I start taking medicines for preterm labour pain or is it normal.

Braxton Hicks contractions, also known as prodromal labor or practice contractions, or false labor, are sporadic uterine contractions that sometimes start around six weeks into a pregnancy.[1] However, they are not usually felt until the second trimester or third trimester of pregnancy.[2] Braxton Hicks contractions are often infrequent, irregular, and involve only mild cramping.[2] As pregnancy goes on, Braxton Hicks contractions go from unnoticeable amounts of pain signals to irregular, infrequent cramping to strong frequent cramping and then finally labor pains. Braxton Hicks contractions are a tightening of the uterine muscles for one to two minutes and are thought to be an aid to the body in its preparation for birth.[3] Not all expectant mothers feel these contractions. They are not thought to be part of the process of effacement of the cervix. Alleviating factors[edit] Dehydration can make muscles spasm, bringing on a contraction, and is thought to be a factor in extended Braxton Hicks contractions. Adequate hydration can alleviate Braxton Hicks contractions. Rhythmic breathing may alleviate the discomfort of Braxton Hicks contractions. Lying down on the left side can help ease the pain of contractions. A slight change in movement sometimes makes the contractions disappear. A full bladder can sometimes trigger Braxton Hicks, so urination may end the contractions.

Why does a woman menstruation changes date every month, date of menstruation changes. Is it normal?
Hello- A female having a healthy body and a uterus does not have a great change in her menses dates. Generally 28 days are termed as the healthy menses repetition period. any think less or greater thn that is due to uterine problems, hormonal imbalance, or low blood volume in the body.

It is common not to get period or scanty period or delayed periods when breast feeding is going on. So during this time it is important to use reliable family planning method(as breast feeding is not good natural contraceptive) so that either you are not worried about pregnancy now and then or don’t miss diagnosing pregnancy early. For complaints of pain must meet Gynecologist

How to remove Bally fat? I don't know why the desire of sex is below normal level.

How to remove Bally fat? I don't know why the desire of sex is below normal level.
Primary objective of your treatment is weight reduction and maintain normal bmi of 18-25. You can take metformin to reduce weight. For reducing your weight or belly fat you should have brisk walk or jogging for 4-5 km daily, high protein diet (fish, chicken, mutton without fat, pulses, mushrooms), low carbohydrate diet (avoid rice, chapatti, bread, poha, upma, idli, dosa, potato, sugar etc and can use bhakri instead) and low fat i. E. Less oil and preferably use rice bran oil. If you reduce weight it will definitely increase your desire to have sex.

Commonest cause of heavy bleeding when on pills is to take it erratically and stop it suddenly. If thats the case she needs to reduce the flow by taking a non hormonal tablet like pause MF and then re start pills from first, second or fifth day of periods depending on the pill she is taking

If periods are regular then ovulation generally occurs around 14 th day. So having intercourse between 12-16 th day can help in conceiving.
