It can be solved. Take everyday oil massage on both knees with ksheerabala tail for about 2-3 months, following hot water bath. Practice yoga which strengthens knee joints. Proper food and diet is essential.

I am having severe back pain from the last 2 years. I've consulted many doctors but still not a single percent relief. I am a student and because of this pain in back and neck, Liam unable to study, do my projects and assignments, unable to eat properly. This pain irritates me so much. What should i do to get rid of this pain instantly and permanently?

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

Kindly show me a photograph & X rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1Tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises It may have to be further investigated Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Body pain You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain. You have to reduce the weight by walking minimum 3-4 kms per day. Slowly reduce the weight and slowly avoid adding salt in the diet which will help you to prevent water retention in the body. Excess salt in general leads to water in the body which might be the reason for you legs to pain as the leg will automatically become oedematous.

How to Stand Correctly to Get Rid of Back Pain?

Some people always get low back pain when standing in one place for a long time. Just as occurs when we are sitting for long periods,when we stand for long periods, the muscles that support us tire and relax, allowing us to slouch. When we stand relaxed, however,the lordosis becomes excessive and the low back hangs in an extreme position. 

This is exactly the opposite position to that adopted by the spine when we sit slouched. It is not possible to stand in this way for long periods as the excessive lordosis is a position of strain. If your low back pain is produced during prolonged standing, you will find relief by correcting your standing posture.

Correction of the Standing Posture

To stand correctly, you must hold your low back in a position of reduced lordosis. To find this position, you must first stand relaxed. Allow the chest to sag and the abdomen to protrude slightly; this will place the lower lumbar joints in an extreme lordosis. Now reduce the lordosis by standing as tall as you can. Lift the chest up, pull in your stomach muscles and tighten your buttocks.

You have now reached the correct standing posture.When standing like this, you reduce the lordosis with your own muscular effort.To begin with you will find it difficult to effectively hold this position, but with practice you can learn to stand in this new position for long periods without discomfort.
