Hello, Start weaning incase you haven't. Give her nachni malt, sweetlime juice, banana mashed, porridge, apple juice etc. Start will less quantity and gradually increase. Do not give her excess of milk as that will not help her more. Consult paediatrician regarding deworming agent.

My baby boy is going to be 6 months this 29 he' s on bf plus morning & night nan pro 1 please advice a schedule to start semi solids in how much quantity and gap if days or should I continue nan pro 2 or start packet milk

Pediatrician, Pune
Continue with breast feeds till at least 1 year of age, avoid giving top milk, powders, natural home made food is the best for baby, to start with you can introduce rice water, light liquid moong dal, gradually increasing the quantity and increasing the consistency of dal and rice, you can additionally add boiled vegetable after 15 days /1month in dal and rice, subsequently with mashed fruits, banana, chikko, papaya, - see that when you introduce any new food there is a gap of 15 day to 1 month, happy parenting.

Yes, you can take the medicine during breastfeeding as very little amount reaches the breast milk and is not harmful.

Nasal drop is best drug here. Give saline nasal drop by entering the nozzle inside nostril and press it. The forceful flow will remove the congestion. If it's more then in market one nose suction bulb available use it. Otherwise dileys mucous sucker is best.

Please stop the Capsules, they contain Vitamin A and it is stored in the body, continuous use can result in over dosage, do not repeat it for at least six months and do not take it unless your Doctor advises it.

Cabgolin is only the causes of dried breast milk so stop this tab if your previous problem is solved, there are many method to reduce breast engorgement and breast pain ,so try them otherwise by using these pills breast gland does not secrete breast milk, consult in chat box for more detail.

Hello firstly I want to knw if there any tendency to catch cold easily or recurrent cold n cough. You should avoid cold things like rice, curd, banana, etc. Take lukewarm water specilly in morning. Do some yoga like kapalbhati nd anlom vilom. Homoeopathic medicine had gud results in it. Consult back for medication.
