Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair. Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite. Daily whole body massage with chandanadi oil, followed by light exercises for 10minutes. Yogasanas- shavasana, sukhasana, vajrasana. Tips- 2 boiled eggs in the morning as well as in the evening with a glass of milk helps a lot. Banana shake twice a day. In summers you can take mango shake twice a day. Soak 4-6 dry figs in water and consume. Regular meditation. Regular meals, especially breakfast are important to gain wt. Having snacks at bedtime also help to gain wt. Relax after having a meal. Keep away stress. Sleep in the afternoon. Eat five or more meals a day. Include 3teaspoons of cow ghee in your daily diet. Avoid heavy exercises.

5 Health Tips that Prevent You Against Sports Injuries

Do you remember the last time you had a searing knee pain in the middle of your morning run? It was probably because you did not warm up properly. The incidence of injuries in various sports has gone up in the recent times, and it is mostly due to the lack of proper warm up exercises. However, other factors come into play as well, such as the pressure of increased workload on the current batch of athletes, missing a trick or two with the proper technique to be followed, etc.

In order to reduce the risk of an injury, it is advised to follow these simple tips:

  1. Set realistic goals for yourself: Don’t go overboard with anything that includes repetitively stressing and straining your body over a certain degree. If you are planning to go for a run or hit to the gym, make sure you set goals that you can sustain and find feasible. One example of this would be to not increase the amount of weight drastically while lifting weights as it can lead to serious injuries.

  2. Follow the right technique: Proper technique is very important in sports, a lack of which can lead to injuries. Ask your trainer to observe your form when you perform any activity. Focus on your breathing and posture when you are exercising.

  3. Warm up before you begin exercising: Warming up before you exercise or play a sport is important as it helps loosen your muscles and boost blood circulation. It drastically reduces the risks of sustaining injuries, and also prepares your body for the subsequent exercise.

  4. Cool down: Similar to an essential warm up is the need to cool down; it is another aspect that should not be ignored. Cooling down usually consists of stretches and postures that promote flexibility. The muscles become sore after working out. Stretching can help reduce post workout pain and make the joints flexible. Cooling down also helps in eliminating lactic acid from the muscles, which means less pain after exercise.

  5. Listen to your body: During an activity, if you feel that you can no longer carry on, terminate the activity. The chances of injury rise if you continue to push your body over your threshold limit. If you think that you can no longer carry on doing something without risking an injury, avoid doing it altogether. Listen to your body, and it shall never fail you.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. * Don't'try' to sleep or wait for sleep to come. It's a deep relaxed state. So only when we let go everything even with the expectation  of sleep. Sleep doesn’t come. Just lie down in bed on decided time, put on some relaxation instrumental music and observe breath. With every breath say. Deep sleep/ relax/ calm (whichever word suits you) * Other Tips Avoid napping during the day. It can disturb the normal pattern of sleep and wakefulness. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol atleast 4 hours before bedtime.  Exercise can promote good sleep. Vigorous exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. A relaxing exercises of yoga, can be done before bed to help initiate a restful night's sleep. Food can be disruptive right before sleep.  keep a gap of 2 to 3 hours between  large meals  and bedtime. Establish a regular relaxing bedtime routine. Try to avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Don't dwell on, or bring your problems to bed. Associate your bed with sleep. It's not a good idea to use your bed to watch TV, listen to the radio, or read. Learn some meditation techniques to cope with stress which is a common cause of sleep disturbance.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. Weight gain is dependent on many factors like genetics, diet and exercise routine. There is no short cut to gain weight fast. A weight gain supplement cannot just help you to gain muscle and add calories to your body. In order for your body to gain calories, it is important to eat much food. Most supplements are also added with appetizers that may help boost your craving for foods. With the aid of the appetite boosters, your body will want to eat more foods and accumulate more fats. This is why taking supplementation in isolation does not really work. Whatever you have gained, you could have managed with a well planned diet as well. For any supplement to even help, you need to have a calorie, protein, nutrient dense diet first. Just taking supplement thrice a day a pill will not help because it's just fulfilling your basic needs. Moreover, the moment you discontinue the supplement you will lose all the weight. It must be understood that muscles will not grow big if you will not work on it. It is important to engage oneself into exercises which are focused on muscle growth along with a healthy diet. Hello- Circumcision is a minor surgery hardly takes 15 minutes, it can pain if performed without anesthesia. It costs around 500-770 Rs.
