She take medicine but no relief in pain. Please any cardiologist suggest me what we do and also suggest medicine for pain. Her BP is normal 120/80 every time. Doctor says consulate to destroy but the pain is occurring in chest and going through left arm We already had done CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY the result is zero calcium Please suggest.

I presume your wife is of similar age like you, in her twenties. At this age structural heart disease causing chest pain is highly unlikely. Most likely it should be anxiety or stress related. Check with a psychiatrist regarding this. One structural heart disease that can cause similar symptom in this age is Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome but that should be picked up by 2D Echo.

Meanwhile - home remedy for dry cough: 5 basil leaves, 4 black pepper, 4 munakka, 5 gms liquorice (mulethi), 3 gms banafsha - boil these in 200 ml of water till it becomes 100 ml. Filter it. Add 2-3 patasha in it and drink lukewarm for 3-4 nights. Sleep well covered. Dry cough will be relieved. Also continue to chew mulethi. You can also have steam with vicks

Stroke - Debunking Myths About it

Practical Course in Diabetology, POST GRADUATE COURSE IN DIABETOLOGY, MBBS

Stroke - Debunking Myths About it

Strokes occur when blood to the brain gets interrupted or reduced. When this occurs, brain cells begin to die as they don't get enough nutrients and oxygen. Such life-threatening episodes can strike you anytime.

Many myths surround this medical condition:

Myth 1: Women don't suffer from strokes

The opposite is true. It is women who suffer strokes more often than men. This is because women tend to live longer than men whose longevity gets affected by heart disease. Since they live longer than men, they tend to be more vulnerable to strokes.

Myth 2: Strokes aren't easy to recognise

Strokes can be easily diagnosed through the face, arm, Speech and Time test (FAST). If you suffer from slurred speech, facial droop or numbness on one side of the body, you're said to suffer from a stroke.

Myth 3: Strokes are a form of heart attack

Although strokes and heart attacks are closely related, they are not the same. In strokes, blood supply to the brain gets interrupted; on the other hand, in heart attacks, blood supply to the heart gets severely affected.

Myth 4: Only older people suffer from strokes

This isn't true young people can experience strokes as well. About a quarter of stroke cases are reported by people aged 65 and below. More importantly, irrespective of the age group, the warning signs are the same; it is only in response that differences can be found between younger and older people.

Myth 5: Strokes can't be prevented

Through changes in your lifestyle, strokes can easily be prevented. You can reduce your chances of getting a stroke by having a balanced diet, exercising, keeping an optimum body weight and limiting alcohol consumption as well as quitting smoking. Moreover, up to 80% stroke cases can be prevented by leading a healthy lifestyle. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a neurologist.

As per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy 1. Take 1 glass warm water 2. Crush some cardamom seeds to get ½ tsp cardamom powder 3. Add it to the water 4. Mix well 5. Consume every day at bedtime Causes: • During sleep, muscles in the mouth relax • At times, the tongue falls back • This obstructs the passage of air which leads to snoring • External factors which cause snoring are: o Physical exertion o Consuming alcohol o Certain medicines surely you will get results

Headache may be due to hypertension. Try avoiding high salt intake and too much of tea, coffee. Follow good lifestyle in the form of diet and exercise. Check your blood pressure regul; arly. If that doesn't help, then you can start antihypertensive medicine such as beta blockers. It may help. Do not take too much disprin, as it can be dangerous by causing gastric ulcers.

Low bp as such wont cause any problem, unless it is very low. Salt supplementation may help. Otherwise to see the other causes of very low bp.

PGP In Diabetologist, Fellowship in non-invasive Cardiology, MD - Medicine, MBBS

You are suffering from diabetes and fatty liver. Most of the problems will be controlled with lifestyle changes and dietary restrictions. As you are quite young, I would like to see, which type of diabetes you are having, which can be easily done by conducting few tests. Medicines may be required, if you can't manage your sugars with diet and exercise.

M.Ch. CVTS

Chest pain jo heart ki vajah se hota hai wo chale ne pe ya kaam karne pe aata hai aur araam karne se chala jata hai. Gas ka dard chest mein ho sakta hai. Treadmill test (tmt) karne se dono mein fark kar sakte hain. Cardiologist ko dikhayein.
