Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Knee. Contrast fomentation (hot and cold). Avoid squatting- avoid sitting cross legged shoulder. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

There can be many causes of wrist pain, it could be some tendinitis, ganglion or some soft tissue swelling, involvement of druj or wrist joint issues etc. So if you can exactly tell me the site of pain (please send me a clinical picture taken from your camera or mobile pointing to site of exact pain), it will be helpful for me to see and diagnose accordingly. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

I'm feel unhealthy over the last few days and I'm saying it because I feel that I'm not taking a fair enough diet (very less proteins, average fruits & vegetables). Currently I'm suffering from Sciatic nerve pain and I was advised to do Strengthening exercises. However, I'm really concerned about other lack of nutrients. Hello you need not worry. No need of getting tests done as such. Try to take healthy meals. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salads, milk and milk products. Drink plenty of water. Snack on fruits and nuts. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach for a week. Thank you.

Hi, based on thorough examination you need to be given. - strengthening & streching exercises to be given to the appropriate muscles. - sports specific training to be given (plyometrics) - need to use forearm band or else go tapping.

It might be because of bad posture while standing walking and sitting try to correct your posture, and you can use hot fermentation that will reduce your pain. For that dip a towel in to hot water squeez it and wrap around your lower back.

Can HD phones affects eyes a lot? I brought a new HD phone 3 months back. I have a high usage of phones. But to my surprise I find my eyes are painting sometimes now which isn't case before with old phone. Moreover during over usage I see things blackened for sometime. What could be it?

May be the screen resolution and lights are giving your eyes discomfort. In general, working long hours on screen/omputer can lead to a condition called computer vision syndrome. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. Also try to blink your eyes properly while work. Use good tear substitutes like genteal 4 times a day. And anti glare screen for your system. Use eyedrops genteal 3 times a nd zoneph 4 times a day. Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Papayas, mangoes yellow fruits nuts butter. Strain less your eyes.

I have a pain in the bottom of my legs so what should I do?

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 it may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Aged 81, I take amlogard 10 mg for bp once with tonact 10 at night. For some time past, I feel pain while sleeping on my left toe (all right-side-nail ending) due to pressing. Otherwise I have no pain at in normal walking/ even pressing on left-side of toe. Can you please advise?

Multivitamins can be taken if you want but they will not relieve your back pain. Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these treatment guidelines to get relief. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. Do not hunch and feet should rest on floor while seated. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Take rest when back pain is severe but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. 5. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen if pain is persistent. 6. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 7. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult immediately .
