How to gain a weight within a 30 days im a age of 21. And how to increase stamina power.
1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E. -----------------------To grow up sstamina and internal power one should keep 3 goods in ming and that is EAT GOOD,SLEEP GOOD and THINK GOOD.For thisyou have to be mentally very fit as a strong mind iss atrong body. 1.Daily Brisk cycling /game of your choice in winter for 1 hour and Swimming in summersfor 1 hour. 2.Daily morning laughing therapy for 10 minutes 3.Deep breathing exercises/Cardio exercises in Gym.like ALOM VILOM PRANAYAM,BRAMARI PRANAYAM 4.Always use stairs instead of lift 5.Always have a positive approach to everything a only positive people are strong from inside. 6.Eat a healthy balanced diet and prefer mothers made food. 7.Adopt values at your house and be polite to all.

I am becoming extremely depressed and lonely. I am going thru a rough time and sometimes I wish there was someone there for me whom I could just hug and cry. My mother and father live abroad while I have been studying in india in hostel for past 6 years. Of course my parents love me and care for me but their mindset is different. They provide for me and protect me, they ask about my health and studies and if all is ok? But I can not open up to them because they do not understand my issues. They do not believe in showing physical affection. They think its awkward now that im a grown woman. But deep inside I still a little girl crying out for love care affection and acceptance. I can not have a boyfriend. Dad will definitely disown me. Girls in my hostel are very competitive and I have not found a best or anyone too close although I do have many friends. I feel so low and socially crippled. I can not even make small talk to people anymore without it being awkward. How do I address this need to be loved and accepted that making me restless?

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. I advice you include high fibre, low fat, calorie, modrate carbohydrates, normal vitamin and mineral. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Use skim milk. Avoid junk n oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear lybrate user, the best and permanent way to increase sex stamina is conditioning your brain. Just search for the things that excite you. Then write them on paper, repeat them and try to control your ejaculation. Keep on exciting yourself. Do this exercise in your free time. You will notice an permanent improvement. Hye, thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. I am facing below issues 1. Irregular sleep patterns 2. Puking sensation post breakfast or dinner. So unable to intake food properly. 3. No hunger. 4. Have no habit of smoking n drinking. 5. But worried a lot about life. I am settled in a good and well secured job. But wherever I turn I feel pessimistic thoughts of something wrong going around me. 6. I am fine when I am at office. But after returning home, I face all these problems. I feel dejected n depressed. Please advice on any medications for sound sleep since I have nt slept properly for couple of months now. This type of pain is commonly due to injury to the heel. It may be nerve compression, insufficient blood supply, inflammation etc. You may go for x-ray to diagnose fracture, osteoarthritis etc, blood test including blood culture coagulation test and complete blood count. After that inform me for medicine.

Hot til tail massage to the fatty once or twice in a day before bathing will be very beneficial for extra fat suryanamaskar upto 12 are also beneficial take food two times only in a day in morning between 10-12 and in night within 3 hrs of sunset in between two meals in you have hunger take milk or fruits or lite nashta like upama etc avoid late night eating and day time sleeping skip rice in night diet avoid cold food cold drinks freeze stored food etc take care.

STRESS MANAGEMENT Introduction: What is stress? Everybody has it, everybody talks about it, yet few people have taken the trouble to find out what stress really is. Many words have become fashionable when scientific research revealed a new concept likely to influence our way of thinking about major issues of life or to affect our everybody conduct. The word stress like ‘Success’ ‘Failure’ or ‘Happiness’ means different things to different people so that defining it is extremely difficult although it has become part of our daily vocabulary. It is effect, fatigue, pain, fear the need for concentration, the humiliation of censure, the loss of blood, or even an unexpected great success which requires complete reformulation of one’s entire life. The answer is yes and no. This is what makes the definition of stress so difficult. Every can be singled out as being ‘it’ since the word applies equally to all the others. In ordinary language coping is used to mainly the outcome of managing a problem and overlooks the intermediate process of appraisal, performance, and correction that most problem solving entails. Coping is not a simple judgment about how some difficulty worked out. It is an extensive, recursive process of self-exploration, self- instruction, self- correction, self-rehearsal and guidance gathered from outside sources. Definitions:- Stress: Hans Selye – Defined stress as the sum of all the non-specific responses of an organism to noxious stimuli. A physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension & may be a factor in disease causation. One of bodily or mental tension resulting from factors that tend to alter existent equilibrium. Concept of stress: The term stress first applied to events or situations such as working for an examination, that may have an adverse effects on someone. Second it is applied to the adverse effects that are induced, which may be psychological or physiological changed. The first set of factors can usefully be called stressors. They include a large number of physics, psychological and social factors in the environment that can produce adverse effects. The term is sometimes extended to include events that are not experienced as adverse at the time but may still have adverse long-term effects. The effect on the person can useful is called the stress reaction to distinguish it from the provoking events. This reaction includes autonomic response (increase in B. P.). Endocrine changes (Secretion of Adr. & nor Adr) and psychological response (Such as a feeling of being keyed up). To explain the body reaction to the stress one scientist (SELYE) formulated the General adaptation syndrome. The body goes through three stage in damaging situations. Stage I Alarm reaction. Stage II Stage of resistance. Stage III Stage of exhaustion. These three stages are analogous to the three stages of man’s life. I. Childhood. II. Adulthood. III. Senility. Stress and Emotion: The relationship between stress and emotion is important, for they are concepts that overlap. Emotions tell more about what is important to people and how they view their daily lives than can any test measuring stress reaction. Both emotions and stress are better thoughts of an processes than as static states. Sources of Stress: 1. Major life events. 2. Natural and technological disaster. 3. Minor life events. 4. Social changes. 5. Occupational changes. 6. Unemployment 7. Stress produced by the individual. Coping: Definitions: Laxarus (1966) when we use the term coping we are referring to strategies for dealing with threat. Lipowski (1970) All cognitive and motor activities which a sick person employ to reserve his bodily and psychic integrity to recover reversibility impaired function and compensate to the limit for any irreversible impairment. Lazarus & Folk (1984) They define coping as constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts to manage specific external and or internal demands that are appraised as taxing or exceeding the resources of the person. Mechanism of coping: Coping mechanisms have two components Internal events and observable behavior. After bereavement a person’s coping mechanisms might be first, a return to former religious belief (an internal mechanism) and second joining a social club to combat loneliness (an observable behavior). Functions of Coping: Three major function of coping are: 1) To change the situation for the better life we can either by changing ones own offending action (focus on self) or by changing the damaging or threatening environment. 2) To Manage the somatic and subjective components of stress related emotions themselves, so that they do not get out of hand and do not damage or destroy morale and social functioning. 3) Alteration of (perceptually controlling) the meaning of experience so as to neutralize the problematic character. The three functions of coping are also referred to respectively by the terms A) problem – focused or instrumental coping b) appraisal focused coping c) Emotion focused or palliative coping. The latter two functions are sometimes paired and referred to as palliative functions. Problems focused forms of coping are more apt to be employed when circumstance are viewed as changeable, where as appraisal focused and emotion focused coping occur more often in the context of situation deemed un-control-able. Other terms used regarding coping are: A) Coping styles B) Coping strategies. Research on coping falls into two areas i. E. On coping style and coping strategies. Interest in the latter area has been increasing rapidly in the last decade for a number of reasons. It some studies have revealed that knowledge of the individual characteristics coping style is not always useful in predicting how he or she will respond in novel situation. Second researchers have also found that any given coping strategy or those characteristic of a person’s coping style can have both –ive and +ive as well as short term and long term consequences. Thus labeling an individual style as uniformly maladaptive or ineffectual may not be appropriate or accurate. Third it may be easier to alter characteristics of a person’s coping repertoire than to change the person’s response style. Determinants of coping. Evaluating the Efficacy of coping. There are two types of copers: a. Good copers may be regarded as individuals with a special skill or with personal traits that enable them to master many difficulties. On the other hand there are two groups of patients who are bad copers. One group adamantly denies any difficulty of any description. The second group floods the interview with details of how badly the world and its occupants have treated them. Both good and bad copes have specific traits. सेक्स से शारीरिक ऊर्जा खर्च होती है, जिससे चर्बी घटती है। एक बार के सेक्स में 500 से 1000 कैलोरी ऊर्जा खर्च होती है। सेक्स के समय लिए गए चुंबन भी मोटापा दूर करने में सहायक सिद्ध होते हैं। विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार सेक्स के समय लिए गए एक चुंबन से लगभग 9 कैलोरी ऊर्जा खर्च होती है। इस तरह 390 बार चुंबन लेने से 1/2 किलो वजन घट सकता है।

डॉक्टरों व वैज्ञानिकों ने शोध करके यह पता लगाया है कि सेक्स अगर स्वस्थ दिल-दिमाग और मानसिकता से किया जाए तो फेरोमोंस नामक रसायन शरीर में एक प्रकार की गंध उत्पन्न करता है, जिसे सेक्स परफ्यूम कहा जा सकता है।

यह सेक्स परफ्यूम दिल व दिमाग को असाधारण सुख व शांति देता है। सेक्स हृदय रोग, मानसिक तनाव, रक्तचाप और दिल के दौरे से दूर रखता है। सेक्स से दूर भागने वाले इन रोगों से अधिक पीड़ित रहते हैं।

Eat satavari grutham and legyam from ayurvedic medical shop. Also take ashokarista tonic. Take it for 1 week. Enough you got cured. Take few quantity papaya leaf. Slice it and put in 300 ml water. Boil it for 20 minutes. Drink that water. Do it for 3 days. All kind of fevers will go away even if there is joint pains.
