Sir I have totally knee pain how can I reduce this as can possible to solve this.
* first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

I am 20 years old. I am suffering from knee pain since one year. Whenever there is night fall, knee pains the next day in climbing stairs and prolonged walking. I have taken lots of calcium and d3 tablets still no relief. What to do.

Hamstring Stretch Lie on your back with your left leg flat on the floor. Loop a towel or rope around your right foot and pull your leg as far as comfortable toward your chest, while keeping a slight bend at the knee. Keep your back pressed to the floor throughout the stretch. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and then release. Repeat 3 or 4 times with each leg. Do this stretch 5 or 6 times a week. Short-Arc Knee Extensions In the same starting position as the straight-leg raises, put a ball (about the size of a basketball) under your left knee so that your leg is bent. Slowly straighten your leg. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. Exercises To Avoid A few of the following exercises can be done safely if you have chronic knee problems; they're on this list because they're more likely to be done improperly. The exercises above are safer, while still giving you similar results. •Full-arc knee extensions •Lunges •Deep squats •Hurdler's stretches.

Sir I removed my both fore arm plates removed on march end and as per my doctor advised pop done for more than 35 days but still heavy pain in right shoulder and neck and how many days shall I take rest.

Hi, cast can be removed by 3-4 weeks, neck and shoulder pain is secondary to cast weight. It may be prolonged if small refracture is present / anticipated.

Hi, my penis foreskin rolls back during sleep and when I sleep on my stomach my penis rubs against my bed and causes discomfort. I have a sensitive penis when foreskin is rolled back. I feel discomfort when anything touches my penis glans. Is there a way to reduce the discomfort? Please advise. Thanks.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Usually the penis glans beneath the foreskin is kept sensitive to give you maximum pleasure during vaginal sexual intercourse. So please do not try to reduce the sensation. Loose foreskin can be surgically corrected through a minor surgical procedure. Do consult a surgeon. Take care.

I have taken MRI in my neck region and have diagnosed with following, Cervical spondylosis with posterior disc osteophyte complex at c5-6 and central disc protrusion at c6-7. Kindly advise me. I have the pain in my neck region and shoulder too. Some times radiating pain.

Yes its sciatica pain. If pain is acute means last 2 days then do hot fermentation and apply pain relief ointment and do stretching exercise like supine lying bend your one knee and do hip flex and hold then do straight leg raise do 3 to 5 time according your comfortable ness if it work then ok otherwise swd tens and ultrasonic therapy rest must equal balance on both legs avoid toward bending.
