You are having caries in your mouth. Caries when deep pains a lot. To confirm you need to do xray. You treatment will depend on xray which is either normal filling or if deep then root canal treatment.

Please stop betnovate C since it is a steroid and can have side effects. Use Ban-a-tan cream on your face one pea size drop for entire face in morning and night for 1 month. Use a sunscreen like photostable or faceguard 15 min before sun exposure. See a dermatologist in your locality if no satisfactory improvement. Donot continue betnovate C.

There are no drugs to control masturbation or anything it is just a matter of self control. Try out the following steps 1) Try and keep your self busy, may be in any work at home ,outside, sports be it anything that will divert your mind 2) Try not looking at porn at all and try deleting it out from every place like mobile and tablets, this is very important 3) Try joining a gym or continuing with gym or may be do some aerobic exercises 4) Try out yoga 5) If masturbation occurs at a paticular time as if night then you can make sure that you don't go for a bath or bed before you are to tired and you can use night clothes which are a little to tedious to take off 6) Try not touching your private parts at all times of day 7) You can try reading novels or some books which increases your knowledgeable 8) You can try punishing your self The more time you feel lonely the more it will urge you to masturbate, so try not to be alone or empty (without work ),you read book or do anything all this will help you. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. Reducing 4-5kgs a month is the right and healthy way of weight reduction! So, in 15 days, you will lose around 2 to 21/2kgs of weight. All the best!

I have no major problems.All test reports show everything is ok.I am aged 75 and only problem of cough which is not dry. I have tried all cough syrups. Only by chewing pepper I find a bit relief. I do not smoke, which I was doing about 35 years ago. I am pure vegetarian since birth

If you are not allergic to tattoos, you may go for it. Do a test or trial with one dot first and keep for 2-3 days to see the reaction. Avoid using colored or black ink, use the original greenish ink it has lesser chances of skin reactions.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Please stop chewing gutkha or tobacco, as it is related to mouth and lung cancer. For mouth opening start taking fibro-sm capsules twice daily for 2 months. And start doing mouth opening exercises.

For mouth ulcers you may take a cap bnc daily, suck on tab bifilac twice daily, local application of metroggyl gel, add fibre to your diet, green veg, banana r rich sources, take two helpful spoons of isabagol husk at night with water, milk or curd, drink plenty of water. Stress, hurry, worry predispose you to this, ladies may experience this more during periods.

Relaxation therapy Relaxation therapy involves measures such as meditation and muscle relaxation or dimming the lights and playing soothing music prior to going to bed. Stimulus control Stimulus control therapy also consists of a few simple steps that may help patients with chronic insomnia. Go to bed when you feel sleepy. Do not watch TV, read, eat, or worry in bed. Your bed should be used only for sleep and sexual activity. If you do not fall asleep 30 minutes after going to bed, get up and go to another room and resume your relaxation techniques. Set your alarm clock to get up at a certain time each morning, even on weekends. Do not oversleep. Avoid taking long naps in the daytime. Sleep restriction Restricting your time in bed only to sleep may improve your quality of sleep. This therapy is called sleep restriction. It is achieved by averaging the time in bed that the patient spends only sleeping. Rigid bedtime and rise time are set, and the patient is forced to get up at the rising time even if they feel sleepy. This may help the patient sleep better the next night because of the sleep deprivation from the previous night. Sleep restriction has been helpful in some cases. Other simple measures that can be helpful to treat insomnia include: Avoid large meals and excessive fluids before bedtime Control your environment. Light, noise, and undesirable room temperature can disrupt sleep. Shift workers and night workers especially must address these factors. Dimming the lights in the bedroom, relaxation, limiting the noise, and avoiding stressful tasks before going to bed may be beneficial. (Refer to sleep hygiene and relaxation therapy above.) Avoid doing work in the bedroom that should be done somewhere else. For example, do not work or operate your business out of your bedroom and avoid watching TV, reading books, and eating in your bed.

Computer eye strain is known as computer vision syndrome follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5 inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.

You can drink milk empty stomach once or twice in a day eat ghee butter dry fruits regularly according to the your hunger don't overload your stomach with heavy food or frequent meals 4-5 times in a day do not drink water before food avoid stress tension worry work load which may be reason for not gainging weight for more details consult privetly.
