Quitting profession is not possible for all. You can take few sips of warm water in between, do not modify your voice much, speak less with sufficient intervals of voice rest in between. Steam inhalation after reaching home. Avoid chalk dust to peevent allergy. Do not consume chilled drinks on dry painful throat tat is due to voice abuse or overuse. Strict diet habbits too maintain your vocal hygiene.

Thats your natural voice, all male voice breaks after puberty, you have to meet some singer and find if your voice and singing capacity shows the aptitude for becoming one, if not leave and do something else.

I would suggest you to take any kind of medicines. For some people social anxiety is pretty pervasive. The most common example is anxiety over public speaking. Making small talk, eating in front of others and using public restrooms also can trigger worry and unease for some. 1. Try a self-help manual. Self-help manuals are designed to supplement therapy, but they’re also good tools for working on your own. 2. Work with a therapist. If social anxiety is stopping you from doing things you want or need to do, or you haven’t had much success with self-help, seek professional help. Find a therapist who specializes in anxiety disorders. You can start your search here. 3. Practice deep breathing every day. It’s helpful to engage in deep breathing before an anxiety-provoking social situation, But practice this technique every day. This way it becomes second nature, and you don’t hyper focus on deep breathing and miss an entire conversation. 5. Create objective goals. People tend to disqualify the positive when they feel anxious, That’s why therapists encourage clients to create objective behavioral goals, he said. These are behaviors that anyone in the room would be able to observe. It doesn’t matter how you feel or whether you’re blushing or sweating (which you can’t control anyway) in a social situation. For instance, if you’re working in a group setting, the objective behavior would be to make three comments. This also gives you a good barometer for judging your progress. Again, you’re not focusing on whether you felt nervous. Rather, you’re focusing on whether you performed the actual behavior. Also, avoid focusing on others’ reactions. It doesn’t matter how your colleagues received your idea in the meeting. What matters is that you actually spoke up. It doesn’t matter whether a girl or guy said yes to your dinner invite. What matters is that you actually asked. It doesn’t matter how your child’s teacher reacted when you declined to volunteer for yet another school trip. What matters is that you were assertive and respected your own needs. 6. Keep a rational outlook. Dispute both bleak thoughts that undermine your performance and fuel your anxiety, and equally unrealistic thoughts that are irrationally positive. If you’re asking someone out, it’s not rational to think, “They’re definitely going to say yes.” But it is rational to consider, “They might,”. If social anxiety is sabotaging your goals and stopping you from living the life you want, seek help and try the above strategies. Social anxiety is highly treatable, You can get better, and grow in the process. All the very best.

You can meet a speech therapist whi can train you to speak well. An ent check up will help find any anatomical causes which can be corrected.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I do a lot of daydreaming. Sometimes when I am alone I talk with myself and laugh. My 95℅ time goes in daydreaming, useless imaginations. This problem starts when was in 11th. Before it I used to daydreaming but rarely. In 12 th I saw movie TITANIC and I lost in daydreams about movie for 3-4 day. After this incident daydreaming becomes my habit. I am not able to concentrate even a single second to anything. When I started daydreaming in 11th class my performance at studies decreased exponentially. I got 88℅ in Xth but in XIIth only 60. Because I can't concentrate on studies. And in B.Tech. Only 58℅. I have stammering issues since childhood. So sir please help me. What is the problem in my brain?

Breathe deeply and exhale on a hisssssssing sound. Repeat 10 times. Proper breathing is the foundation for a healthy voice AND control over nervous energy that can make the voice quiver. Say “Mm-mmm (as in yummy) Mmm-hmm (like yes) ” Repeat 5 times. This develops mask resonance, which creates a clean and vibrant sound by creating a clean approximation of the cords and a resonance that will sound great and project easily. Say “Mm-mmm. Mmm-hmm.” up and down your vocal range, from low to middle to high and back again, 10 times. Kindly get your serum testesterone levels done and revert.

I have stammering problem from 15-20 years. I took advice from many doctors. Some told me that it will be decrease when my age is increasing, but I notice that stammering is also increasing with my age. I did speech therapy also, but can't get any positive response. Some doctors said it is mentally problem. Please tell me Is there any solution for my speech problem?

Normal stammering happens to all. But when it's out of control we call it stuttering. In this case coping mechanisms lag in us. Speech therapy definitely helps. Yeah its psychogenic, you need to understand it better. Speech therapy must help.

Hi, you need to consult a speech language pathologist (slp) also called as speech therapist who would do an informal and formal tests to identify your problem and diagnose your condition and also help you in treating your speech problem with an appropriate plan. Stammering does not have any medicinal cure but you can also speak better with therapy by a certified speech therapist. There is no allopathic remedy for this.

My issue is. From childhood I suffering from stammering problem. Now am 26 year old now also I can't speak properly. I just depressed from this from. Childhood. Stammering is typically recognised by a tense struggle to get words out. This makes it different from the normal non-fluency we all experience which includes hesitations and repetitions. Commonly it involves repeating or prolonging sounds or words, or getting stuck without any sound (silent blocking). Sometimes people put in extra sounds or words. Often people lose eye contact. Some people who stammer talk their way round difficult words so that you may not realise they stammer at all. This avoidance of words, and avoidance of speaking in some or many situations, is an important aspect of stammering. Stammering varies tremendously from person to person and is highly variable for the person who stammers who may be fluent one minute and struggling to speak the next. Get an mri brain and eeg with a psychiatrist evaluation.

Stammering can be made lesser only and only by speech therapy. So you should take the help of a speech therapist. Also, i'd suggest you to visit a psychologist as confidence plays a great role in dealing with this problem. I'd suggest you to speak very slowly, word by word. People may make fun of this but believe me, slowly you'll get better at it. Hope your query is answered. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts. Wishing you good health.

It all depends on the vocal cords anatomical position and I will suggest you to rehearse your music as per your normal voice and do normal gargling and avoid any unnecessary food items and don't strain your self much and it can also be possible that after slow rehearsal you can get the pitch you want but it would take extra time.
