To reassure yourself, please visit your family physician. He will clear all doubts about your health. Stress you are taking is really not worth it. Nobody in this world has the power to make or break-n it is only god. Do not fear at all. Leave all to destiny- ultimately- what is happening or will happen - is already pre-written in our destiny. So, why fear the unknown. Nothing will happen beyond that. If good is written -it will happen. If otherwise- that too shall happen at any cost. So, why the stress? Be a firm believer. Do your best and sit back. You have no control, so try to be comfortable in the present. Try to be involved in something that you like, makes you happy. It will make you forget bad and enjoy the goodness around.

4 ways to improve focus and memory

4 ways to improve focus and memory.

Normal aging leads to gradual changes in many skills associated with thinking and memory. For example, you might find it harder to focus your attention and absorb information quickly. The slowdown in processing can lead to a bottleneck of information entering your short-term memory, reducing the amount of information that can be acquired and encoded into long-term memory.

But the following four strategies can help enhance your focus and ability to attend to the information presented to you:

1. When someone is talking to you, look at the person and listen closely. If you missed something that was said, ask the person to repeat it or to speak more slowly.

2. Paraphrase what is said to make sure that you understand it and to reinforce the information. For example, if someone says, "We can see the movie either at Loews Theater at 7:30 or at the Paramount at 7:50" you might respond, "Which would you prefer, 7:30 at Loews or 7:50 at the Paramount"

3. If you find that you tend to become distracted during conversations, try getting together with people in quiet environments. For example, you could suggest meeting at someone's home instead of at a noisy restaurant. When you do meet people at a restaurant, sit at a table near a wall. If your companions sit against the wall and you sit facing them, you'll be able to focus on them without having your attention wander to other diners.

4. You can improve your ability to focus on a task and screen out distractions if you do one thing at a time. Try to avoid interruptions. For example, if someone asks you something while you're in the middle of reading or working, ask if the person can wait until you're finished. Don't answer the phone until you've finished what you're doing ? let voice mail take the call.

Which is the best exercise to charge the mind and nervous system and to improve multitasking skills of mind.

Hello In general, anything that is good for your heart is great for your brain. Aerobic exercise is great for body and brain: not only does it improve brain function, but it also acts as a "first aid kit" on damaged brain cells. Exercising in the morning before going to work not only spikes brain activity and prepares you for mental stresses for the rest of the day, but also produces increases retention of new information, and better reaction to complex situations. When looking to change up your work out, look for an activity that incorporates coordination along with cardiovascular exercise, such as a dance class. **Take Brahmi Q, 10 drops with warm water to sharpen your memory.

Dear Jeet, PCOD is not an incurable disease. The ovum is not released regularly - that is all. It is treatable just by diet and exercise or with tablets. Please go and talk to the doctor who diagnosed PCOD in your fiancee. You are still young. Decide to finish studies and get married to her. Tell yours or hers parents that she needs treatment and reduce weight. If she is interested in getting married to you, she will start doing it. She can continue to do that after marriage also because she would like to have a baby.

Hi am 24 years old. Am smoking since 2010. Now I am realized to quit smoking. I tried more than 10 times I was failed. Is there any medication to quit smoking. This time I will not give up. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

You will need to visit a doctor for a prescription to quit smoking. Even if you have tried for a hundred times, do not give up. You must try and try again but at each attempt use some learning of the previous attempt and implement it. You will succeed in the end. Congratulations that you want to quit smoking. Tobacco consumption, either through smoke or other edible forms, is always harmful. The desire to quit is a good starting point. The best way to quit is to know more about the ill-effects of tobacco. The knowledge is astounding and scary. That information itself should help you to want to quit. Smoking uses the respiratory system and gives you a faster kick. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lungs with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. There are more than 7000 harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke! You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. Then you need to identify why you smoke and chew tobacco: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. You may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because you have become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. You should start exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga) or chewing, and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. You may take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces substantially. You may join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking tobacco. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. Don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. As Mark Twain once jocularly said, “giving up smoking is easy; I have done it many times”. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

Hello, Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor.

Schizophrenia is my diagnosis. I was left without a job for about the past 1 year or more. I have a job at this moment, I have taken Solian 50 mg regularly as it affects my concentration going without medication. I suffer from lack of good sleep, a Doctor suggested this as anxiety related problems. Constantly problems keep persisting in my mind which lead to my never being cheerful. I have also had a bad stomach which has been my weakness since school days. I had once nephritis. This often makes me feel lonely and despondent in life. I may put it as dullness persists in my life which takes away from me my energy to pursue any other interest in my life. All I need is to sleep well & concentrate on my work & feel fresh every morning, which I don't. I have begun taking a small drink every night since that as well helps me clear my stomach these days. Kindly suggest a remedy for myself.
