Hi Doctor, Am working in night shift. I have a stomach problem in regular. Gas trouble, uneven motion, motion smells very bad. And am eating in hotels only. But I won't take junk foods or fast foods. I also use to take healthy juices, fruits etc. But some times my stomach will burn. But I don't have stomach ache. Need to know how to clean my stomach to get rid of this.

1. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. 2. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. 3. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. 4. Small and frequent meals is of help 5. Chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. 6. Keep your blood sugar controlled. 7. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. 8. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. 9. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

You can take boiled potato one piece medium size your sugar level are normal both fasting and pp recheck blood sugar level after 10 days.

You need to understand that like other addiction this can also be overcome. First of all it is a very good decision to quit, there are various methods to quit starting with nicotine replacement therapy to anti craving drugs. For pimples take Tabs Hepar sulphuris pentarkan (DR WILMAR SHAWBE) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Tab biochemic 20(SBL) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day include fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads in diet. Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day. Don't use soaps on face. Use mild facewash. Revert back for further treatmant plan

Following abortion, your body will start returning to normal fairly quickly. You ovulation cycle should take place as early as within 7-10 days. Similarly, your menstrual cycle should start within 4-8 weeks the exact time varies as it depends on each woman and also on how far along the pregnancy a woman was at the time of termination. For example for pregnancy terminated within the first trimester, your period after abortion will return within 4-6 weeks. For pregnancy terminated later than that, the periods will too take a little longer to return.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
