This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. You have to take vitamin D RICH FOODS. Like milk, cheese,yogurt, brocoli,spinach. You need calcium consumption for increase the bone density.

Hello- No it not. Natural exercise such as dancing , sporting activities running etc. provides a smooth and from muscle tone to the each and every muscle of the body, so it will make your vagina tight and more flexible, which is good thing in the case of females. However false practice such as masturbation or fingering makes vagina loose and breaks the virginity layer hymen in some cases.

Though it is supposed to be food grade plastic, but don't store hot food or use in microwave, even if it says microwave safe.

Dear lybrate user avoid jerky, rapid, running, weight bearing exercises and abnormal sitting postures. A light massage with little warm mahanarayan tail everyday morning for about 4-5 wks will help you. Wear knee caps for about 30mts every day to immobalise the joint. Go for light stretching exercises. Take ksheera bala taila 2 caps 2 tms a day after meals. Dashamularistam 10ml with equal qty of water 2 tms aftr meals.

I just searched about the symptoms of depression. And every symptoms match with my symptoms. Therefore I know that I am suffering from depression. I am in class 12. I want to do best result. And want a bright career and thats why I have to study best. But I can not study. I feel dizzy irritating and hesitated most of the times. Nd my father can not understand that m suffering from any problem my mom also. They can not want to accept the fact that I am suffering from any problem. This problem start from when m in class 9.i had fight too much with my mom that time. Can not control my anger. Started crying most of the times, feels lonely, nobody is around without mom and dad. No amazing friend circle. If I start laughing once than I can not stop myself from laughing. thats why my friends all time tells me that I am mad, I have no work to do rather than laughing. What should I do please help.

At your age this claim is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. As regards the concentration you are sure to have hormonal imbalances which may impact your memory because of the chemical but also the distractions that come with it; together with depression I can imagine your problems. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The counselor can then explain the problem to your parents or you can get a close relative to explain to them too.

Hysteroscopy - How IT Can Help In Diagnosing Infertility?

Hysteroscopy is considered as a therapeutic modality and a valuable detection in the management or treatment of infertility. It is a process whereby a doctor checks the uterus cavity to treat the cause of abnormal menstrual bleeding which may be impeding chances of conception. It is performed with the help of a hysteroscope (a thin tube) inserted in the uterus to detect and examine the cervix (lower end of the uterus). Its role has changed and modified overtime.

Hysteroscopy is performed to find out certain causes of infertility; which may be:

  1. Problem in the size or shape of the uterus.

  2. Repeated miscarriages.

  3. Endometrial cancer (a cancer of the uterus).

  4. Scar tissue in the uterus.

How and when to prepare for hysteroscopy?

  1. The best time for hysteroscopy to be carried out is when one is not on her menstruating cycle.

  2. Make sure not to insert tampons or use vaginal medicines 24 hours prior to the surgery.

  3. An anesthetic will be given to relax you before hysteroscopy.

How is it performed?

The procedure begins with the administration of anesthesia.

  1. The cervix will be widened (dilated) by the doctor to insert the hysteroscope.

  2. The hysteroscope is then inserted into the uterus through the vaginal tract and the cervix.

  3. The uterine cavity is expanded by the usage of carbon dioxide gas. The blood and mucus is then cleared. This is done once the hysteroscope is put into the uterine cavity.

  4. The hysteroscope light allows the doctor to see and diagnose the problem in the uterine cavity by observing the openings of the fallopian tubes (tubes through which the eggs travel from ovaries to the uterus).

Expectations after the procedure:

  1. You will have to be observed for a few hours before you are allowed to go home.

  2. Post-surgery vaginal bleeding or cramping is also common.

  3. In case carbon dioxide gas is used in the surgery, mild shoulder pain might be another botheration. However, it should subside within a day or two.

  4. It is also completely normal to feel slightly sick or even have a few bouts of fainting.

Certain complications which might require medical attention are:

  1. Heavy vaginal discharge or bleeding

  2. Acute fever

  3. Acute abdominal pain

You are stressing yourself unnecessarily. Learn some stress management techniques and also meet with a counselor to see if there are any issues from childhood that has somehow awakened now. It sounds like the depression may be related to anger. Emotional therapy will certainly help. Would you know what may be causing so much anger and that you feel you cannot express it for various reasons and have chosen instead to turn it inwards and become your worst enemy? If it is of recent origin, you could easily pinpoint it and take care of it. But I suspect that it may have to do with something in your developmental years or your family background. In the meantime do the following, sincerely: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. Get an ultrasound whole abdomen done take tablet pantop40 once daily empty stomach in morning for 10 days eat light food liow in oil and spices in small quantities drink plenty of water try to find out if pain is caused by some particular food, avoid that food take tablet spasmonil for pain.
