Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply hot packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. You have to consult for hair thinning as it is hormone related problem.There are various reasons for getting hair fall.It can be nutritional deficiency,stress,medication,any viral infection etc. As we know hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood.Eat food which is rich in proteins.Drink 3 lit of water/day.Green leafy vegetables give iron. Greying of hair is inevitable process. It depends on many factors the most common is Genetics which you inherit from your parents and can not be changed. If they have their Silver's in Early age you will also get the same in early age. Others include Using Hair styling Chemicals, vitamin deficiency, excessive usage of salt, pepper, sour, sugar, oily food, preservatives etc. Stress, Smoking, lacking nutrition and so on. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

1) Protect yourself from the sun
A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, freckles, age spots and rough, dry skin. Avoid the sun between 10am and 4pm. This is when the sun's rays are the strongest. Wear protective clothing, use sunscreen and seek shade.
2) Treat your skin gently
Limit bath time. Avoid strong soaps and moisturize dry skin
3) Eat a healthy diet.
A healthy diet can help you look am feel you best.
4) Manage stress.
Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems.
5) Don't smoke
Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles.

Is it true that milk and curd should be avoided in pcod and hormonal imbalance. Anything else that aggravates pcos or hormonal imbalance. your advice is really appreciated.

There is no scientific evidence that milk or curd aggravate PCOD. You should avoid fried ,oily foods and fat rich diet. Exercise regularly n lose weight

If you are breast feeding than this is the most likely reason other reasons are Pregnancy Stress illness Weight Excessive exercise Change in schedule Breastfeeding Medication Hormonal imbalance Thyroid disorder Perimenopause.
