Practice yoga and meditation. You have to stop worrying about it, start concentration on your schedules and try repeat in your mind once at least. And recall frequently if you wish or follow a diary with plan for the day/ thing to do/ learn. Once you try this frequently you will remember better. Keep up up physical health and mental rest fully frequently. Practice mental relaxation and breathing exercises.

Early ejaculation is due to many reasons. Like too infrequent sex, over excirment, mostly controlled my mind, Common solutions are , divert mind while enjoying sex, don?t get much involved, and slow down all activities , take a break, and start stop and start. Delays the time of ejaculation.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hi Kartik You must be under a lot of pressure since you are expecting boards next month. You shall start organizing yourself. Categorize topics as 1. Read, 2. Unread, 3. Topics you will not cover at all. Topic that you have already read and have gone through once, start revising on priority. Under unread heading mark some topics that you think are mandatory to be covered. Fix hours in a day when you will be working on this plan. Go bit by bit, multitasking will only worsen it..so do one thing @ a time. This is not your last exam. Think of december 2015...you will have something new to worry about. Success has less to do with hard work and more to do with massive focus on your few best opportunities...so chill..manage ur time well. What is the prevention of getting sugar! And if it comes what is the diet should be taken.
Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes is a codition occurring due to either lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both. There are two main types t1 where there is no insulin secretion, patients need insulin injections for treatment and for survival. This starts in invariably in early age. T2 dm seen in adults and older persons. This can be treated by oral drugs and / or insulin injections or both. This is a preventive disease if one adapts a modified life style with regular exercise, weight control, taking balanced diet and avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid sweetened aerated drinks, fructose corn syrup containing producs, alcohol and smoking. There is no special diet, one has to take a restricted and planned diet.

The best tips to lightens and remove the mark. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the dark spot. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 5. Avoid oily food and high salt contained foods like chips, chinese food and non veg. * take proper sleep. Minimum 6-8 hours sleep for glowing of skin. 6. Try to reduce your stess level by doing meditation like pranayam in morning, or take long breathing on closed eyes while listening soft music.

Hello, Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night.
