To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan under the guidance of yoga expert. * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * if the headache is very severe & untolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen. * you can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning. You can consult me for your doubts and detailed treatment.

Hi, I suggest, you go to a neurologist for loss of weight as chief complaint, here is some stuff which might help you: Eat small, frequent meals, every two to three hours, or eat a nutritious snack between meals. Eat foods you enjoy. Save your energy for eating by keeping easy-to-prepare foods on hand. Stimulate your appetite by seasoning food with herbs, spices and sauces. Include some high-calorie foods like cream and butter (if recommended by your primary care provider) in your diet. Consider drinking a nutritional supplement, such as Ensure® or Carnation® Breakfast Essentials™. Avoid filling up on coffee, tea and clear soups. Limit fatigue by choosing foods that are easy to chew (e.g. Smoothies, ground meats or other soft proteins) and asking for help in cutting other foods (meat) into smaller pieces. Increase consumption of whole grains (whole grain rice, breads). BUT THESE SHOULD BE ONLY TAKEN AFTER ADVISE FROM A NEUROLOGIST.

What is the best medicine for the migraine problem while I have severe head pain? Please help me.
It is a type of headache which is initially unilateral (right/ left side of head) and localized in the front side and eye area of head, but pain can be felt anywhere around the head or neck. There may be associated nausea, vomiting, intolerance to light, and many others. If you have this type of symptoms, follow the advice: 1. If headache does not respond to paracetamol, you may take tablet headset one tablet at the start of headache, you can repeat again after 2 hours of previous dose but maximum 2 doses in a day. 2. Yoga, meditation, stress relieving techniques help you in relieving symptoms. 3. Identify the trigger which causes this type of headache, and avoid that i. E. Nerve damage? Who's qualified to ...
Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When diabetes continues for a number of years, even when it is fairly well controlled peripheral neuropathy occurs. This happen due to hyperglycemia, excess glucose molecules affect the functioning of peripheral nerves. It may begin first as sensory effect with altered sensations like numbness, tingling, burning and even pain. Later even motor functions may get affected. Begins usually with toes and feet, legs. May spread to upper limbs also. Strict blood glucose control is helpful. There are some drugs used like vtmin B12, folic acid, lipoleic acid, and other vitamins. Plus drugs like gabapentine and pragabalin are also used for getting pain relief. A diabetologist will definitely be able to help. Thanks.

I am suffering from chronic constipation with hypertension and parkinson's. What is cure. Am 64 years old.
Please note that you need to consult and take treatment properly for your chronic problems. For constipation please use the below: Baking soda lies at the heart of home remedies. It’s is so incredibly versatile, and it pretty much does its job 95% of the time. It works incredibly well for constipation (and tummy aches in general) because it is a bicarbonate, which will encourage air to come out of you one way or another, and relieve pain from pressure. It also re-alkalizes the stomach, neutralizing the acid a little bit and helping things pass through your gut. You will need… -1 teaspoon baking soda -1/4 cup warm water Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with ¼ cup of warm water. Drink all of the mixture-the quicker you finish it, the better it seems to work. Rest of the problems get back to me...
