Hi I am 25 years old male. I am masturbation addict I do it 2 times in a day, I have been doing this for past 10 yrs. I want to know is it ok to do it or gonna harm be in future?

Hi I am 25 years old male. I am masturbation addict I do it 2 times in a day, I have been doing this for past 10 yrs....
Masturbation may be done at intervals of 35 days or more than 35 days to prevent any adverse effects on the body although doing it once or twice a week is bearable. During these activities, many important minerals, hormones, and fluids responsible for the following are rapidly lost. It is a fact that just as our body requires food for energy and so whenever we are hungry we eat something, in the same way lust for sex keeps our mind hungry and this lust leads us to activities like masturbation or watching porn. We say that sex improves health but masturbation takes life from a person, steadily. Sex is with a partner and it's best with someone that you are in relationship with. Lust is an entity in itself and it will keep coming to steal your energy, if you keep feeding it. There is a much bigger picture here. You are giving away and losing something that is better to protect. This energy also helps with manifesting positive things in a person's life. It's very precious to just give away. That's why the lust comes to take it from you. Masturbation and porn addictions lead to shame, guilt, and worry. Effects of excessive masturbation on the genital parts -------" -----wet dreams or nocturnal emissions -----erectile dysfunction (ed) -----small size of penis -----incontinence -----discharge of semen along with urine -----premature ejaculation (only 10-15 minutes instead of the normal 35-40 minutes) -----enlargement of the testicles -----pain in the testicles -----involuntary urination in sleep so, gaurav, you are also travelling in the same boat like most of other boys who in their teenage had excessive indulgence in masturbation and when it will be time to really enjoy the powers, you will be deprived of it. Myself is a homoeopath, and I will advise you certain techniques with which you can overcome this habit slowly and extinguishes the harmful effects of masturbation as discussed above (if any) with some very effective homoeopathic medicines-------consult me----------------------------

HIV Infection: After you've been exposed to HIV / infected, it can take 2 weeks to 6 months for your body to start making HIVantibodies. This means that during this time you could have a negative HIV test, even though you have been infected and can spread the virus to others. This is commonly called the "window period, or seroconversion period. If the tests are negative for six months, it can be taken for granted that there is no infection.

From many days I m getting queries like what are the symptom of malaria & dengue and how to differentiate between them so I thought to give an article for this purpose

Malaria & dengue

The onset of monsoon in india always brings about a rise in the cases of dengue and malaria. Both these diseases are transmitted by the bite of an infected mosquito. Once infected with either of these diseases, the victims shows similar symptoms of fever and chills, making it very difficult to differentiate between the two.

However for proper treatment, it is important the patient is diagnosed for the right disease. This makes it very important that one understand the differences between dengue fever and malaria fever. Here are a few pointers that will help you understand these two diseases (dengue and malaria) better.

Causes
Dengue: dengue is transmitted by the bite of an infected aedes aegypti mosquito. It can be further spread if another mosquito bites the infected person and then spread it to people. This dengue mosquito usually attacks during the day.

Malaria: malaria is caused by the bite of a female anopheles mosquito. It can only be spread by the bite of a female anopheles mosquito unlike dengue. The malaria mosquito usually attacks during the night.

Incubation
Dengue: dengue symptoms appear 4-5 days after being infected.

Malaria: malaria symptoms appear 10-15 days after being bitten.

Symptoms
Dengue: dengue fever strikes the patient suddenly and remains for a long time. It is usually accompanied with severe headache and bone pain. Dengue fever can disappear soon but it usually reappears with skin rashes.

Malaria: malaria fever keeps reoccurring in shorter duration and is accompanied with other symptoms like joint pain, vomiting, sweating, anaemia etc. Malaria usually occurs in the following stages: chills, heat and sweating.

Diagnosis
Dengue: dengue can be thoroughly examined through a chemical process. The two tests that diagnose dengue are antigen tests and anti body test.

Malaria: malaria is examined by microscopic tests of the visuals of the virus.

Wound Healing and Diabetes

Diabetes is a chronic condition where the glucose level of the body rises too high. There are two types of diabetes - type 1 and type 2. In case of type 1 diabetes, the body fails to produce insulin and people suffering from this condition have to depend on insulin injections for the rest of their life. In case of type 2 diabetes the body produces less amount of insulin, which is not enough for the proper functioning of the body.

This type of diabetes can be kept under control by following a healthy diet and practicing exercise regularly.

Why diabetic wounds can cause severe problems:
Diabetes can cause a number of complications that makes it harder for certain wounds to heal. These include:

  1. Nerve Damage: Until a cut or blister worsens and becomes inflamed, in case of neuropathy, you will not experience the pain. Diabetics often suffer from neuropathy, making it difficult for wounds to heal.
  2. Weak immune system: A minor wound may even get severe and become infected if your immune system fails to exercise its natural defenses.
  3. Narrow arteries: Blocked arteries may cause severe wounds which becomes difficult to heal. Clogged arteries make it difficult for the blood to flow to the affected area which slows the process of wound healing.

Treating a diabetic wound:
In order to ensure that the diabetic wound does not get infected, below mentioned methods can be used:

  1. Take care of the wound immediately. If the wound is not cleaned and taken care of immediately, it can lead to bacteria build-up, which will lead to infection.
  2. Avoid using soaps and hydrogen peroxide to irritate the injury. Use antibiotic lotions to prevent infection and a sterile bandage to keep the affected area covered.
  3. Consult your doctor before any minor problem turns big.
  4. Since the bottom of the foot is a common place for developing blisters and calluses in case of diabetic people, try to keep pressure off the wound as it slowly healing.

My uncle suffering from peptic ulcer so please suggest me what should I do for my uncle, i am in Very confusion please suggest me.

MD
General Physician, Delhi
Peptic ulcer develops due to imbalance between the defensive factors (mucus and bicarbonate) and aggressive factors (stomach acid). The drug treatment of peptic ulcer includes the use of proton pump inhibitors which are to be taken one hour before breakfast once daily for a period of 4-6 weeks. These drugs not only suppress the acid production but also promote the healing of the ulcer. If the peptic ulcer is caused by a bacteria helicobacter pylori, then you must take two weeks course of antibiotics (amoxycillin, clarithromycin, tinidazole) along with proton pump inhibitors. X 15 days you must avoid the following: alcohol, smoking, coffee, nsaid pain killers, stress, hot and spicy foods, etc.

I want to what is the timing of normal person or maximum timing of ejaculation with a partner.

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
I want to what is the timing of normal person or maximum timing of ejaculation with a partner.
The average time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation in the average man is 9 minutes. The definition of premature ejaculation is reaching orgasm within 1 minute or less after vaginal penetration (intercourse), or ejaculation that occurs too early for female partner satisfaction. This problem is common, occurring in 30% of adult men, and it is the most common form of male sexual dysfunction. It can be caused by erectile dysfunction, anxiety and nerve hypersensitivity and is, in general, quite treatable by homoepathic treatment. You can click on consult option for homoepathic treatment without side effects.
