Homoeopathy has good treatment for your skin problem without adverse effects. The medicine tackles the root of the problem, acts internally and gradually expels the toxins from the body. It heals from inside out unlike superficial treatment of an ointment.

Hi acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. It is due to the increase of androgen hormones which happens at this age. They act on your sebaceous glands and enlarge them. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, so wash face with cold water twice daily. Eat plenty of carrots and spinach. Drink water. Understand that this problem will come and go till a certain age after which it'll attain control.

Botox and Dermal Fillers - The Twin Face of Cosmetology

Fillers vs botox

When it comes to the fight against fine lines there are seemingly endless options for giving your complexion a youthful boost. Botox and dermal fillers have long been a gold standard in cosmetic treatments. Both have been known to turn back the clock, smooth wrinkles and make your skin look younger. One of the most popular questions about the two procedures is: which one is better? this question is often misleading as both treatments are used depending on the patient's needs, and is nothing alike. We've all heard of botox thanks to the spate of celebrities who use it, but what about fillers, the other option for smooth, line-free skin?

Treatment comparison

Betting on botox

Botox is essentially refined neurotoxin, which can help treat wrinkles. Typical sites for botox are frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, lip lines, and many other wrinkles that result from facial expression. these treatments work by causing facial muscles to relax temporarily. Wrinkles continue to become more defined as the muscles become tighter and the skin creates deeper grooves. Botox relaxes the muscle so that the skin is not continually being pulled which gives the skin time to smooth out.

Botox has also been known to relieve headaches in patients which are caused by muscle spasms or tension. It may be surprising to learn that botox is also useful with patients suffering from axillary hyperhidrosis. Axillary hyperhidrosis is a condition where a patient suffers from excessive sweating from the armpits. In this case, botox will block some of the signals which lead to secretion via sweaty armpits.

Focus on fillers

Dermal fillers on the other hand, are designed to fill wrinkles, and re-volumize areas such as the cheeks, that typically lose volume as we age. Cosmetic fillers can plump up thin lips, enhance facial contours, improve the appearance of recessed scars, and get rid of facial lines while restoring volume and fullness to the face.

It contains hyaluronic acid, which plumps up the skin, filling and smoothing out any surface wrinkles. The smooth injectable gel helps restore the skin's volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, including those highly visible ones around the mouth and nose and on the forehead.

Misconceptions

Perhaps the most common misconception surrounding botox and dermal fillers is that they can achieve the same results as getting a facelift. This is simply not true since a facelift is a surgical operation and can accomplish more drastic results. Botox and dermal fillers merely alleviate the effects of aging and for younger people, can be used as a preventative.

Side effects

Negative side effects for non-invasive cosmetic treatments are usually uncommon, but it's important to note there are still risks, which can vary depending on the procedure. Compared to more invasive facial rejuvenation procedures, botox and dermal fillers are considered to be very safe procedures.

Recovery

There is minimal downtime for using botox. In fact, patients can have this treatment done on their lunch break and return to work. There is always a risk of swelling and bruising with dermal fillers, but most patients return to work the same day as well. This is a quick recovery compared to invasive procedures, which can take weeks, if not months, to heal.

Results

Typically, a patient can feel the results within a couple of days but may not see any results for a week or two.

It is important to remember that botox lasts for approximately four to six months depending on the patient. Many patients prefer a repeat dosage sooner than other patients because they are not tolerant of seeing any wrinkles at all.

The dermal filler results last for 1-2 years depending on the product you choose.

Botox and fillers: can you get both?

While you might think that botox and fillers can only be used separately, they're actually better together. Botox is often used in conjunction with fillers (and even lasers) to enhance the overall results of those treatments. botox and fillers are a perfect combination

Botox and fillers perform differently, so a combination of those treatment works better than either treatment alone. Botox relaxes the underlying facial muscle, while fillers plump the skin and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. together they provide the most soft and natural looking improvement in facial appearance and age related cosmetic concerns. In many cases soft tissue filler will last longer when used with botox

Between botox and fillers you should have no trouble finding a skin smoothing solution that works for you. Wrinkles and fine lines don't stand a chance against either, and if you really want a put stop to aging skin use a combination of both.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Practice yoga daily and regularly for your whole life and you will gradually and slowly will feel the difference! Yoga-asanas sp. breathing exercises like Pranayam, Kapal-bharti, Anulom-Vilum, etc. and many more (but PLEASE DO IT UNDER SOME QUALIFIED YOGA-TEACHER ONLY). Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.
