Hello lybrate user, weight loss is by no means simple you know it! sweat it out is the key! any number of diets and fads won't do any good in the long run! aim to have a healthy lifestyle by daily doing lots of cardio exercises in the form of running, swimming, cycling, treadmill use etc. Basic rule is simple: you will have to keep your metabolism active by having small meals 6 times a day followed by workouts in order to burn out more calories than that you consume. Vitamin d deficiency on the other hand will be dealt with medications and lots of morning sunlight between 7 am to 9 am falling on your skin naturally synthesizing natural vitamin d. God bless you.

I am 36 years old male, since last couple of months, I do feel crackling sounds in bones, also having pain on my calf in walking through over. Please do suggest to overcome such problem, should I start taking of calcium, if yes, name please? I am in 65 kg of weight with 173 cm in height, lean body. I do somehow wants to put on weight, please do advice me the diet in the same. Please.

Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Hi lybrate-user it's all because of muscle strain can be corrected with proper posture maintenance during exercise. Ensure your use lesser weight and slowly progress to higher weights. Use a back belt while doing exercises for back exercises. Start using a wrist supporter while exercising regards.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must

See treatment mode is two type. First oneconservative. Second one oparative. If conservative fails than you have an oparative option. But if you chosen oparative and its fails. Than you have no option.
