Taking shower with mineral water is good for hair health or bad? My bald patches getting big day day any advice?

Taking shower with mineral water is good for hair health or bad? My bald patches getting big day day any advice?
Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself. Mineral water is good for washing hair don't use hard water.

There are marks on my skin and they are not going so I want to know how can they be gone?
Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the marks. Scars and spots will disappear and the

Oil your scalp from time to time. Do not use shampoo more than two times a week, use clear anti dandruff shampoo. Dryness causes dandruff. Do not scratch your scalp.

I have vitiligo. My doctor suggested me some diet but it because of that I can not enjoy my food and I am getting thin day by day, I am already underweight. Also I am not allowed to use any skin product like sunscreen and moisturiser but some another problems are created like dry skin, dullness.

MBBS, Diploma in Venerology & Dermatology (DVD)
Dermatologist, Thane
Food and vitiligo are not related. It is a genetic disease which can be controlled with medicines. You can use a moisturizer because if you have dry skin then you might get itching and the vitiligo might increase if it is active. Use a moisturizer daily after bath. It takes time for the color in the patches to come back.
