Hi dear, the reason for white discharge can be your vaginal or cervical infection. You have to first get thorough check up and treatment for the same before you conceive because ongoing infection if present, can go up in uterus and again lead to preterm labour. All the best.

Intercourse during first day of periods is unlikely to result in pregnancy. But it may cause infection so use a condom. If either of the partner is hiv positive only then it is transmitted.

5 Shockingly Deadly Effects Of Firecrackers On Your Health

5 Shockingly Deadly Effects Of Firecrackers On Your Health
5 Shockingly Deadly Effects Of Firecrackers On Your Health

Think Diwali and you can’t help but think of firecrackers. The festival of lights is synonymous with the bursting of firecrackers all night long. But stop a minute to think: are burning firecrackers really good for your health? The answer would be a resounding ‘No!’ Bringing out the fireworks is not only bad for the environment, the old and the infirm, and the animals all around, but it is also bad for you. Here are 5 deadly effects of firecrackers on your health that perhaps we tend to ignore every Diwali!

1. Harmful for your ears: First and foremost, you can’t deny the loud booms and bangs of firecrackers; and considering the trend these days, the louder the better. An average human being can bear noise levels of up to a maximum of 85 decibels. Sound produced by firecrackers can go as high as 140 decibels! That’s way beyond what human ears can handle, and such high levels can cause hearing impairments and even permanent ear damage. Increased heartbeat and high blood pressure are other things you can suffer from due to excessively high noise levels.

2. Injuries and burns: This is something you do know. A lot of burns and injuries take place due to unsafe practices used while bursting firecrackers. Burns on the hands and legs are pretty common, especially among children. In fact, in some serious cases a misfired rocket or a chocolate bomb can lead to massive fires, which is, needless to say, definitely not good for you and your health.

3. Respiratory and skin troubles: When you launch the fireworks one after the other, you give rise to excessive smoke. This smoke contains miniscule metallic particles, which produce very dense and foggy smog. A lot of road accidents take place because of this obstruction in visibility. The chemicals in this smog are specifically harmful for those suffering from asthma and other respiratory diseases. In fact, these chemicals can also give rise to skin rashes, sinusitis, eye infections, headaches and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Children and pregnant women seem to fall into the high-risk zones.

4. Stomach Problems: While lighting firecrackers, or by simply holding them in your hands, your body absorbs the chemicals they are composed of. Even washing hands is not enough to get rid of these hazardous chemicals entirely. Minute traces of these are left in your hands, which are ingested while you have your meals. This can lead to indigestion, and other digestive problems. Even the water you consume becomes tainted with the pollution in the air at this time of the year, making it unfit for consumption.

5. Other health hazards: Nausea and mental impairment, and even heart attack are some of the other things that can happen to you while indulging in the fireworks fun. Sleeping disturbance is another common problem faced at this time of the year. The loud noise gives rise to sleepless nights for many, and results in fatigue the next day.

Before watching the sparkles, colours and magical lights of fire crackers this Diwali, be sure to ask yourself, is it really worth it?

Is there any treatment for vaginal infection in Ayurveda, homeopathy and allopathic. Is it caused due to unprotected sex or any other reason.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Hello- Yes there is a complete cure possible in ayurveda. Vaginal infections, or vaginitis, are very common — so much so that most women will experience some form of vaginal infection or inflammation during their lifetime. The Most Common Types of Vaginal Infections include yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis and trichomonas. Certain conditions make infection more likely: -Reduced acidity (increased pH) in the vagina: -Poor hygiene: -Tight, nonabsorbent underwear: -Tissue damage: -Irritation: -STD's:

This is what the female orgasm feels like

This is what the female orgasm feels like

This is what the female orgasm feels like

Check out these interesting descriptions of the female orgasm.

'It is just like a sneeze, but better.' This is one phrase that has been humorously used to describe the male orgasm. Sure, it is more complicated than that, but what exactly does a female orgasm feel like?

Here are five things we learned.

1. Science described it as the 'sudden release of muscular and nervous tension at the climax of sexual experience.

2. There is instant contraction/squeezing of muscles of the vagina, uterus and anus once every second, five to eight times when she is having an orgasm.

3. It's kinda like a roller coaster, and the orgasm is that moment you go over the hill at the top.

4. Some women do not experience orgasm in the sense of feeling their pelvic floor muscles contract.

5. She may just feel her arousal peak and then become relaxed: and that's fine. Every woman's experience is different.

U might be suffering from anxiety, public phobia, inferiority compkex, low confidence status. To overcome all these, you need few sessions of councelling from psychologist.&they will try to exclude the origin/reason for your problem&will suggest few guide lines. You need to open up mentally very liberally to help them to find out the reason. Like your back ground, family environment, relations, attitude, way of thinking, any disappointments, shocks, low spirit abt what, fears, etc all.

Hi doctor, I am on estrogen from the last 10 years. Now I want to plan my baby. What should I do? please help me.
Hello, My best wishes are with you. You have to stop taking these pills and you can try for the baby immediate next month. For getting pregnant you have to know the days of ovulation. And by keeping relations in these days may give you a pregnancy. These facts you should know. 1. Normally in midcycle the egg comes out of ovary and waits for the sperms in the fallopian tube. If relation is there in this period and sperm reach the egg and fertilise it then pregnancy is there. 2. The days of ovulation can be made out by experiencing a midcycle increase in temperature and thining of cervical mucous which you can find on your fingers. 3. Not to mention that these pills have no effect on your future baby. So relax and try with a positive attitude and surely you will have a result soon. Thanks

Hi, You are worried without any valid reason, this indicates that our generation of Indians don't have rights sexual education, and have much of wrong notions and fears. You are not pregnant and no one can be pregnant without skin contact unless in fairytales. I recommend you should go back to library and read a book on sex education. All the best.
