Hello Natural foods high in vitamin D include fish oils, fatty fish, mushrooms, beef liver, cheese, and egg yolks. Vitamin D is also naturally made by your body when you expose your skin to the sun and is called the sunshine vitamin. Make sure you get enough calcium by including a selection of dairy products, leafy vegetables, fish, tofu, Brazil nuts and almonds in your diet. Eat foods rich in vitamin D. Good sources include eggs, liver, and fatty fish such as mackerel, herring and salmon. Homeopathic medicine will give you best result without any side effects.

Hi, with aging, body reabsorbs calcium and other minerals from your bones. This reabsorption can make your bones weaker and lead to osteopenia and osteoporosis. The bones become more vulnerable to fractures and other damage. Medication: give her homoeopathic medicine - calcarea phos. 6x/ 3 times a day for 3-4months. 10-15 minutes of sunlight exposure early in the morning 3-4times a week. Give her food rich in calcium - milk, milk products, green leafy vegetables.

Hi, I am getting back pain regularly. Can you tell me what is the problem with? Thank you.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Now days I can not sit for bajrashana even I find difficulty while using Indian system toilet.in my right leg.

Now days I can not sit for bajrashana even I find difficulty while using Indian system toilet.in my right leg.
Sitting in bajrashan and in Indian style toilets is not good for your knees. It demands very deep flexion in the knees. This in turn causes immense strain on your knee cartilage. In some people the cartilage is not healthy enough to sustain this amount of force and gets further damaged. Repeated injury will only make your knees prone to early arthritis. Gentle knee exercises and walking is good for you.

Most commonly, mechanical issues and soft-tissue injuries are the cause of low back pain. These injuries can include damage to the intervertebral discs, compression of nerve roots, and improper movement of the spinal joints. The single most common cause of lower back pain is a torn or pulled muscle and/or ligament. Suggestion: Limit Bed Rest. Keep Exercising. Maintain Good Posture. See a Specialist. Strengthen Your Core. Improve Flexibility. Ditch the Brace. Apply Ice and Heat. Tips to sleep: Put a pillow under your knees when lying on your back and between your knees when lying on your side. To help maintain the curve in your back while sleeping, try a rolled-up towel, wrapped around your waist and tied in front.
