A bad experience some ones menstrual blood on trains toilet which was dry and came in contact with it as its indian railway there was no water on tap I am really worried if I have contracted any disease from such case as I was very sleepy midnight and did not wash my hand and I was having itching on my bumps and had touched anus please help me please.

MBBS
Internal Medicine Specialist, Mysore
First of all you dnt need to worry. Dry blood doesn't gets contact onto the skin. Even if it was fresh. Make sure you didn't had any cut wounds over your hand. Bcoz without the skin or mucosal breakage no disease can contract a human. Especially the STD's.even if there was a wound over your hand. The chances of you getting contracted are very thin. Let's say about 0.03%.soo stop worrying. If your more concerned. Go to your doctor Nd get some investigations done. Farewell.

When is my ovulation day? can I conceive this month? please help me doctor am ttc for nearly 1 year.

Hi , here the reports you showed are not clear. Moreover, you didnt mention about your menstrual h/o in general in brief. What other c/o. You hsv other than this. These all weigh more in assessing your fertility. In general ovulation period is in b/w 2nd n 3rd wk. But varies from person to person as per their cycle and circumstances. Here you find not mention anything about your usual cycle etc all details. So personally I suggest you to get opinion of a gynaecologist n b under her supervision for a while. Based on diagnosis, you can consult any homeopathic doctor also.

Sir, Is there any problem when I make sex with my girl friend without using condom?

Hello- unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy and std (sexually transmitted disease including aids), so it is not advisable you to do sex without condom.

Hi Doctor, I had unprotected sex on the 12th day of my menstrual cycle and took Unwanted 72 within 40 hours of the same. I got 15 days delay for my period so took pregnancy tests thrice. It came out to be positive. I consulted my family doctor and she advised me an assigned complete dose of Caam kit within 49 days of my cycle. Can it be one or two days delayed as it's difficult to get the Medicine. I just want to ensure how safe it is and what are the side effects of the same if any?

As drugs get delayed there is less chance of success. 49 days suggested because after that high failure rate. Everything in life has side effects but if you want effects have to accept side effects. Biggest side effect is failure and only ultrasonography after 15 days of treatment will decide whether it was successful or not.
