Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus Tox 30 ( 4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week and 2.Kof Aid syrup ( Bakson's) ( 1tbs) thrice a day with lukewarm water for a week and revert.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Hello- dark circle beneath eyes suggests the low vitality power of the eyes.(according to ayurveda) try these tips- 1) avoid eye strain.(computer, video games, reading in dim light, watching tv in dark) 2) avoid fast foods and spicy diet and increase the amount of dairy products in your meals. 3) apply malai+masoor dal+turmeric powder paste over the affected areas. 4) soak cotton with unboiled cold milk and close your eyes and cover your eyelids with it and relax for ten minutes daily. 5) use 1 tsp trifla powder with warm ghee at bed time. These tips will improve your sleep too.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

This depends upon your metabolic status as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk in the morning every day. An very important thing is that the vata nature people never gets fleshy even he eats as much nutritional foods. I would like to suggest you to be healthy is better than fleshy body. He should follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise, yoga and morning walk every day. Use warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Start checking your daily food choices. Wear a back support ,tummy control belt.Exercise for 40 minutes everyday. Have 5 portions  of fruits+green veggies,proteins and high fibre carbs . 1 glass of lemon water every morning empty stomach. Have a bowl of cucumber  salad half an hour before every meal .. Do a plank (ab tightening exercise) every day with increasing duration /repeats . Have 4 to 6 l per of water per day. Share your body weight and height then a more personalise plan can be given. Hello, Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 orally twice daily for 4weeks.
