Skin cancers present as ulceration or growth over skin. Ulceration are irregular and sometimes burrowing types. It also present as sudden change in size of mole or thickening of skin or lymph node enlargement may be there. Mostly risk factors are ultraviolet radiation exposure, chemical exposure to skin, post burn or sometimes some viral infection. Avoiding over exposure to sun, using sunscreen, regular self examination helps in prevention and early diagnosis.

For Premature Ejaculation: For Premature ejaculation, or ejaculating before you or your partner wanted you to, is a common problem that strikes most men at some point in their lives. Several factors can influence when ejaculation occurs, but it can be controlled with some forethought or, in extreme cases, medical intervention. Here are some strategies to help you get over premature ejaculation: 1.Use Lignocaine gel or spray. Apply it over glans penis 15 minutes before intercourse. 2. Control your mind. Do Yoga and Meditation. 3. Slow down your ****ing intercourse speed. 4. Do: Stop - Start technique. 5. You can use penile silicon rings or bands 6. Keep your penis clean always. Wash its head twice daily. 7. Pinch base of penis @ the peak of ****ing. 8. Ask your partner to do this pinching job. Ask her to gently pull your balls. 9. Withdrew penis and squeeze it and insert again. 10. Do Kleegel exercise. 11. Do Sun therapy for glans penis. 12. Divert your attention. 13. Get Circumcision done. Night Fall in Men. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation during sleep in the night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem of night fall can be very frustrating for young men because most of the times they don’t understand the reason for it and also because it is a very embarrassing thing to discuss with not only their parents but also with their peers. The frequency of these nocturnal emissions varies from person to person, most men only experience this condition in their adolescent years but few may suffer from it all their lives. So as you can see this condition is very common and nothing really to worry about except in very few cases where it is very frequent spread over a long period of time. Studies have shown that using testosterone based drugs can increase nocturnal emissions, so try avoiding these if you suffer from nightfall. Here are a few more things that you can try to limit it. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then they should not worry about this, because if you keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then there more chances to have it reoccur. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes this condition. 9. If the person is having the habit of taking milk at night then they should take milk in the evening instead of at night. 10. Kegel exercise also helps control Night Fall. 11. Do yoga and meditation. Remember to talk to your doctor or a qualified professional like a doctor before you start or stop your medications and never self-medicate. I have been operated for acute appendicitis in mid October 2016 and while operating they identified small infections on the bowel, after operation they suggested to undergo colonoscopy after one month of operation. After a week of operation I still fell the minute pain on the same area sometimes. I have 2 questions which I think it is makIng me feel worried, 1. Why I am getting similar type of minute pain even after operation 2. Why colonoscopy is required and will I have any risk after the procedure.

No risk involve in colonoscopy. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG/colonoscopy done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello, Sudden weight gain could be because of various reasons Age is the most of the prime reasons. With growing age body isn't able to burn calories the way it use to. If the your diet is or use to be same remember calorie requirements changes with the change in metabolism. Stress is an other contributing factor to weight gain. Deficiencies of certain vital nutrients can also be one of the primary reasons. Faulty eating habits do have am impact. Access the above factors which might help you to a relevant interpretation.

hi, since your age here showing that you are in the menopausal stage so these symptoms are normal. This is not a disease and every woman has to through this phase. I would suggest you to get your physiological health check up done first.Get your CBC, blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid and lipid profile done along with vit B12 and vit D. you may show me the test results here on lybrate for further discussion. Eat healthy light food, drink lots of water and take good rest. And go for a brisk walk daily for at least half an hour.

Please avoid taking unnecessary supplements and shakes. Its better to take natural foods like Dry fruits, fruits, Eggs, Milk/products, legumes etc. Gym instructors may not be the best guides for nutrition. Artificial products / supplements are neither certified or tested as medicines. Avoid wasting money on such stuff. Do not get carried away by the pictures you see on those Whey Boxes. You will never be like them. And there is no need also. Just be fit, Live Healthy, Be Happy.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your skin every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your skin and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot.
