May you are developing Vitamin B12 deficiency. Go for checking it and consult accordingly if it seems positive. Use less weight bearing or standing routine activities. And use table while eating dinner. This may give you prompt relief.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You are in a phase where you are growing and developing still so you can expect growth to still happen. Most often overall weight gain are is due to poor nutrition and inactivity. We do not take care of our increased nutrient needs of college work and stress leading to fat accumulation. Also lack of good physical activity when needed is low. The work you do for your house or running behind your college work is mostly a stress not actually exercise. So concentrate on eating nutritious foods, avoid crash diets, avoid smoking and alcohol and try to exercise or follow some sport.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Hi lybrate-user Smoking is not reduce belly fat. If you want to reduce belly fat. First you stop smoking. Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

That depends on how many insulin units your grandpa is taking currently! Insulin prescription is never an absolute prescription which is only and completely linked to sugar values. Let me explain you by example. You and your friend ran the same distance when exercising in the morning. Would it be correct to say that you both will have the exactly same amount of food- No, obviously not because you both will be of different built. Similarly, the treatment of diabetes is individualised for a person and not customised based on reports. Since your grandpa's sugar is uncontrolled we need to increase his insulin dose but by how much - that can only be decided by his current treatment order.

Dear patient, it's important to have a dual mode of action for such conditions. Aim should be to prevent new pimples from erupting and to dry the older ones simultaneously so that they don't leave any scar and dark spots. Though dark spots can be managed later on, it's very difficult to treat the scars because of acne and the worst part of acne is that most of them leave a scar or pigmentation when heal. Aim is to constrict the glands which is making the secretions on which bacteria find a good medium to multiply. So peels along with anti acne medication and oral tablets may help you out. It may take 4-6 weeks to get a proper control over them and according to the results we have to manage the drugs.

Hello . We count the pregnancy from yor last date of onset of period so by yor lmp you are 5 wks+4 days pregnant but first ultrasound at 6 -7 wl tell exact time of pregnancy.

If you look too far into the future, you will be scared. Most of what you are scared about does not happen: as I remember in the last count 90% of what we worry about will not happen. In fact if you look back and see from all the worrying you have done so far, has any of those things really happened?! In other words we simply trouble ourselves. There may be another contributor, and that is, if there were any past influences that have made your system prone to worry. You will need to check into your background for that information. When you do find out meet with a counselor and work this out. We have now video counseling and if you are interested I can help you out on that platform. Counseling will help in training you will skills and techniques to cope with the daily challenges in life and will give you a fair chance to manage your life. You must also develop your constitution to make it fit enough to cope with fear, felt many times unnecessarily. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. The earlier you tackle this, the easier it is going to be. You can also take two measures: To slow your heart beat breathe deep and slow into your diaphragm, it utilizes an extra 80% of your lungs to absorb more oxygen. The heart beats faster due to more oxygen requirement and slow breathing also reduces stress.
