Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Prolonged working on laptop/tv/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. The sun, wind everything damages and turns it dull. You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Failure to thrive can happen due to many reasons in kids. 1 year old kid weighs 10 kg. Your baby needs a thorough check up by a professional of babies and get relevant investigation and treatment. We can only guide you through this forum. Till then keep feeding her simple food with less fats and stop breast feeding gradually and don't give buffalo milk like some mothers do give with a hope to make baby fat buy this rich milk is difficult to digest by tiny babies. Give her toned milk instead. Do write back after a check up through another professional dealing with babies.

Over the past year my husband and I have had sex once. Half way through he lost his erection and couldn’t get it back. He won’t discuss it. When I’ve made a move he makes excuses and I feel so stupid I no longer bother. He doesn’t even want to cuddle. He is kind and loving and in all other areas of our life we get on well. Friends think we have the perfect relationship. I don’t want to leave him but I cannot go on like this.

Your situation, although very upsetting, is not unusual. Studies suggest between 8-19% of men have persistent erection problems. A common way they deal with the embarrassment and fear this causes is to withdraw from their partner.

There are many causes of men’s erectile dysfunction including physical and mental health problems, stress, exhaustion, body image worries, or past sexual abuse. Factors relating to relationships, including unaddressed feelings of jealousy, anxiety, guilt, arguments or a fear of losing a partner can make a difference. As can concerns over sexual orientation, feeling unable to communicate sexual needs, or concerns over fertility/contraception. Pregnancy and parenthood can also affect men’s sexual functioning.

Might any of these apply? Talking in confidence to the Sexual Dysfunction Association may help clarify further, while giving you support and a chance to offload.

Dealing with this situation will require open conversation. Share how you care about him and are worried about his well-being. This may prompt him to disclose more. It’s OK to be frank and say you are worried by the lack of any intimacy.
He may feel that cuddles and affection have to lead to sex. Reassure him this is not going to be the case but stress how this is a way for you both to share affection while he seeks further advice. You may agree together to share pleasure that doesn’t require him having an erection. Like him going down on you, or holding you while you masturbate. If this makes him feel pressured, a sex therapist can help.

It may be he finds talking privately about intimacy with someone other than you a way to unlock possible barriers he may currently be facing. Or find skills and the confidence to tell you what is going on by discussing these first with a therapist. Some therapists offer advice online or over the phone which might suit him more than a face-to-face consultation.

Encourage him to see his GP within the next few weeks. He may try and shrug this off but if he cannot get or keep an erection this might be a sign of a more serious health problem.

His doctor can assess and treat any root cause, and if appropriate, refer to medical or psychosexual specialist, This is free on NHS, although waiting times vary. You can also self refer via CORST, many of whom offer a sliding fee scale. He may be prescribed medication for erectile problems (such as Levitra Cialis or Viagra). Don’t be tempted to buy these or herbal alternatives online as this can be dangerous.

If he continues to refuse to seek help then you may find therapy is worthwhile for yourself which can give you more skills to talk to him or consider long term options if he won’t deal with things.

Solutions other people have found include ending the relationship, having an open relationship, having an affair, or staying together while accepting there will be no sexual intimacy. None of these are easy choices, and may distress you to consider. They are really only for discussion if he won’t take any action and expects you to accept the situation. In which case a therapy for you may be a good idea. Hopefully an assertive yet caring approach will improve things.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

LOW BACK PAIN EXERCISE DEAR U FOLLOW THIS EXERCISE LUMBAR EXTENSION STRETCHES Generally these are good for individuals who may have a disc herniation. They should be performed with caution for anyone who has spinal stenosis or any known fractures in their vertebrae. Prone Press Up: Begin by lying on your stomach with your elbows bent underneath you and palms flat on the surface. Keeping your hips and pelvis in contact with the surface, lift your upper torso off the mat with your arms, keeping your back muscles relaxed. Only go as high as you are comfortable. Perform 10 repetitions holding each one for 10 seconds each, working your way to 30 seconds Generally, the flexion based stretches are good for those with spinal stenosis or tightness through the lower lumbar musculature. Single Knee to Chest: Begin by lying on your back with both knees bent. Bring one knee up towards your chest. Perform 2-3 repetitions, holding each one for 15-30 seconds. You may feel a stretch along the lower back or buttocks area. You may also perform this with both legs up towards your chest if it is comfortable Prayer Stretch or Child’s Pose: This stretch is for the lower back muscles along the spine and is a very common yoga pose. On your hands and knees, sit back so your buttocks is resting on your heels. Reach your hands forward to lengthen your spine and feel a stretch in your middle back. You can reach your hands to either side to focus the stretch on the opposite side of your spine. Hold for 10-30 seconds and perform 2-3 repetitions. Angry Cat Stretch: This stretch can incorporate both an extension and a flexion component. You may perform either way or just one way if that is more comfortable for you. On your hands and knees, let your belly sag towards the table to increase extension through your spine (lumbar extension picture). To increase flexion through your spine, arch your back upwards, bringing your spine away from the table (lumbar flexion picture). You may hold each position for 5-20 seconds and repeat several times NERVE STRETCHES Just as you can stretch a muscle, you can stretch a nerve. Nerve stretches are very important to perform if you have any radiating pain from your lower back into your buttocks or legs. Nerve stretches are also very important to perform after lumbar surgery to ensure that there is no scar tissue adhering the nerve to any internal structures. Sciatic Nerve Stretch: This stretch should be performed if the majority of the radiating pain into the legs is felt in the buttocks, back of the leg, and/or through the calf and foot. This follows the pathway of the sciatic nerve. By stretching the nerve, it can help to desensitize it so that it will not cause as much pain. Perform this stretch by lying on your back with your hand behind one knee, preferable the leg with the sciatic pain. Straighten your knee then alternate flexing your ankle back and forth. Only hold your ankle in each position for a few seconds. Perform 10 repetitions on each side. As with beginning any new exercise, start off slowly with a very gentle stretch. Stop if you have any increase in lower back pain or sciatic pain down your leg. If unsure whether you should perform these stretches, consult your doctor or physical therapist.

When it comes to weight loss, everyone wants it quick and easy. People don’t realize that just like weight gain did not happen overnight; weight loss also cannot be expected with a blink of an eye. In the name of weight loss people follow all sorts of fad diets and funny methods which hardly show them any results. Weight loss basically is eating the right food at the right time. There is no one magic food which leads to weight loss. It is a combination of different foods. Let us discuss 10 foods which effectively help in weight loss. Oats: is extremely high in fiber, hence one portion of oats in the morning for breakfast can keep you full and energetic throughout the day, reducing your caloric intake. Greens: like spinach, methi, broccoli etc are very low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins and minerals thereby reducing water retention and bloating from your body. Beans: like kidney beans, soya beans etc are filled with resistant fiber and proteins which help release energy slowly and keeping you full for a longer time. They also feed your muscles and help them tone up. Lean chicken and fish: are good sources of protein which increase muscle and thereby metabolic rate which helps fat burning and also adds bulk to the meals. U may take a cap BNC DAILY, SUCK ON TAB BIFILAC Twice daily , local application of metrogyl gel,add fire to ur diet green veg n banana r good source, u may take isabagol husk two table spoon heap full at night , plenty of water . Stay away from stress n hurry , ladies normally during periods have more such problem
