Just the day prior to your periods you were in absolute protection and period must come. You can wait for a week and if still not coming , it will be wise to do a USG scan if you have irregular period cycle

Use a face wash containing salicylic acid and a gel containing Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% at night whenever you have active acne. Shave less often and let your beard grow a little long. This will allow the hair to grow thicker. It may make your skin feel more itchy and oily initially but eventually you will have thicker hair. Please visit any dermatologist near you to discuss your options in more detail.

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. I can understand. Loosing someone near and dear is called grief and depression related to grief is pretty normal. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. Take care.

Yes. Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any drink plenty of water drink coconut water twice a day time avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 6 to 7 hours practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice morning and evening walk go for ayurvedic panchkarma procedures go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9. Go for detail Annual Health check up.
