Health Query
White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common.
Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction melanin that leads to grey or white hair.
Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reasons for grey hair.
Turning already grey hair into black is not possible after a particular age, but you can always slow down further greying of hair.
A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc.
Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, and do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen supply to your hair.
Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil.
Start a good hair regimen by selecting the right shampoo and conditioners. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is advisable.

Your skin will be healthy and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy lifestyle and disciplined habits. *. Take nutritious and timely food.
*. Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains
*. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.
*. Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep.
*. Be relaxed and avoid tension
*. Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body.
Facial massage will also promote good circulation.
*. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time.
*. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban.
Your skin ‘breathes’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. *HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy *Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.
Your face will look brighter your dark circles will disappear.

Hello lybrate-user. Venusia max cream is very good. But use it only over moist skin to get the best results. Apply a thin film of water first over your hands and over that water you have to apply venusia max cream. Then it will give you results that you want. Also one more cream needs to be applied. Consult me privately in audio consultation to know the details about it. Take care.

Dark circles may be indication of wrong kind of diet, insulin resistance or inadequate sleep. Being fit and healthy needs atleast two thing consistently. 1. Good diet. Eat more fiber/salad and eat less sugar/processed food
2. Exercise. You don't need gym. Go for daily joggging or do floor exercises at home. Finding a buddy to exercise will help a lot.
Keep a goal of fitness for year.
