Hi controlling the diet and walks is the best way to stay off the medicines. Include fibre rich foods, complex carbohydrates, more vegetables and protein rich foods. Walking daily will help the body utilise insulin in a better way thanks.

She is feeling pain near heart. Ecg is coming normal.
Can you tell me the reason behind the pain.
Thanks.
Dear Lybrateuser, -The pain could be due to acidity -have meals on time, avoid spicy, fried, junk food, do not skip meals, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals as it will keep you full & keep blood sugar stable, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after each meal -consult your physician if change in dose of ecosprin is required.

Hello, bp is fairly controlled, you should first monitor the bp then we ll try to change bp meds according to readings. You should also get your sugars, lipid profile done once. Healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity.

You're right. Derifyllin does lead to increase in heart beat but difficult breathing by not taking Derifyllin will also increase the heart beat Not much effects on blood pressure though breathing with difficulty will lead to higher bp Take a mild sedative but not anti anxiety agent like alprozalam Calmpose tablet should help you cope with both problems related to heart and lungs
