Get your gym routine planned by a professional to include weight training, cardio and stretching exercise in a structured manner. Eat atleast half an hour before exercise and immediately after exercise. Eat whole grains, eggs or full fat milk, and other good quality protein for good muscle mass. Along with exercise it is important to take rest to give body time to recover and build your muscles. Whenever hungry eat dry fruits like peanuts, roasted chana instead of biscuits and other packet food. Also drink enough water during and after exercise for better recovery.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Last one week am having morning uneasiness like feeling weakness, getting motions 2 to 3 times, motion soft nd ok not loose motions. Stool test results bacteria ++, doctor prescribed tab zenflox oz and becelac fortz cap after food twice a day. After taking these medicine I feel morning sickness. Motion getting clear. Kindly advise and reason for morning weakness.

Hye. Try not to stay empty stomach for too long after waking up. Take a fruit or breakfast within half an hour of waking up. Stay hydrated. Keep sipping on water, lime juice, amla juice. Take coconut water once a day and buttermilk with meals. Avoid very spicy oily and heavy foods. Avoid long gaps between meals.

To look young you have to aim for spiritual. Mental. And physical wellness. Easiest thing first. 1. Laugh at least 50 times a day 2. Smile 50 times. 3. Watch less news 4. 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.
