Take break between long travel use lumbar belt sit straight tk muscle relaxant medicine and do spine stretching exercise in daily routine. 2nd option tk physiotherapy treatment immediate relief with all preventions.

I have sever pain on bone joint when moving it also create sound and well having sever pain on mussel particularly in legs mussel it is very high during morning I used to yoga and physical excise then partially reduces but I need at least one hour to come out of bed looking for immediate response type homeopathy medicine.

Yoga and physical exercise is much better to you. Homeopathic medicine will reduce you pains but not immediately it will take time.

Start exercising daily (start with very simple exercising schedule ). Eat in small portions (2 chappaties) and eat more of vegetables and fruits. You can eat again if you feel hungry!

Chronic/ persisting Back pain with leg pain occurs due to various reasons. As per your age is concerned Some possible common causes are Facet joint pain syndrome, Piriformis muscle tightness, Hamstring tightness, etc. Correct your posture during sitting as well as working. Or studying. Do some frequent stretches to Back & Leg muscles. Apply warm fomentation for couple of days. If still doesn't subside visit to near by Physiotherapist for clinical examination & get checked. Reduce your weight upto 10 kg.

Hello lybrate user I would like to suggest you take physiotherapy treatment regular for ten days to reduce pain and muscle spasm. Once pain relief start daily back and leg strength improving exercises prescribed by physio expert.

I'm , age 21, I had two days ago sweet and then pepsi without having anything from pm (at 5pm only I felt hungry) but then I developed a pain in my back, then in my chest and then the pain became unbearable. I thought it was due to gas formation but two days have already gone but after taking medicine like famocid and digiene (for gas problems) I still develop the pain in my back and now in my throat. After I drink water one or two timesi get hiccups and maybe one time I fart. Then after 10 minutes the pain again slowly develops. What should I do? please help me. My exams are near.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You know that over a period of time, spine shows a lot of degeneration and this pain can be due to them. Ideally we should evaluate you clinically and get respective investigations like dynamic x rays and if required mri scans done of the affected region of spine to understand the cause of pain and accordingly treatment can be prescribed. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you for 5-7 days - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home, now a days laser therapies are available which give good relief from pain - epidural injections are good alternative and can be administered in indicated cases - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application like dynapar qps spray can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back, mri scan of involved area and few blood tests for evaluation. 1) avoid those activities which increases your pain. Eg: forward bending etc 2) one should find out the cause of your pain eg: if the pain has started suddenly, it could be a muscle pull while playing or bending or long stretch driving 3) if the pain is since long and is increasing gradually then you should go for a radiological report to diagnose the problem. Once the cause is known, treatment can be done accordingly. Mean while, focus on the following points: 1) place a cushion and support your back while driving | sitting. 2) check on your footwears. Bad footwear leads to back pain 3) place a pillow under your knees while sleeping straight and between your both knees while sleeping side lying (this technique helps to relax your muscles) 4) use a hot water bag/ heat belt to the painful area, heat will improve the blood flow to the muscles and hence will allow them to relax. 5) start certain stretching exercises. 6) avoid prolong standing | sitting.

Hi , looks like you might have sprained your ankle, it's already three days so better get it checked, if it started after any injury than you might need a xray to rule out hairline fracture. Time being for swelling, you can apply cold pack around the area of swelling for 15- 20 mins, 2-3 times. If you walking comfortably, you can apply crepe bandage or use ankle support. Wear comfortable sports shoe or sandal.

Which tendon is torn? usually arthroscopy is required to repair torn tendon. Medicine isn't helpful.

I am 63 yrs. Male. I have my spine problem since last one year. Consulted doctor at Bombay Hospital Spine Clinic. He gave me some tablet and asked me to have MRI. My MRI report says- There is straightening of the cervical spine. The alignment of the vertebrae is normal. paravertebral osteophytes are seen at the multiple levels. The marrow within the vertebrae reveals normal signal intensity. No focal bony lesion is seen. Left facial arthropathy is noted at C4 5 level with marrow edema in the adjacent pedicle of C4 vertebra. Disc desiccation is noted all cervical levels. Focal posterocentral disc protrusion is noted at c2 3 level indenting the anterior subarachnoid space. And my xray report says - Bones are osteoporosis resulting compression of C5 and C6 vertebral bodies. Loss of cervical lordosis. The cervical spine shows sclerosis, with osteo-phytic lippings at its adjacent articular margin. Reduced disc spaces between C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels. Now I am taking no medication, only exercise and when more pain taking one pain killer, as per my family physicians advice. Now what can I do to remove this pain completely.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
