Brushing after every meal may help you by physically removing the debris or you have to stand infront of the mirror and remove the debris with a tooth pick, if you feel the tooth pick is too thick, make it thin with a blade and use it to clean the stuck debris. Still if you are not able to reach the area then seek the help of the dentist.

I am 23 boy. I am very much depressed in my life coz I didn't get my desire job nor can I concentrate on my studies. I don't have any relationships either. I love my mom and grandmom but I don't like to talk to my father or my brothers I ignore talking to them. I often get angry on small things but can hold my anger at limits. Today wen I was feeding my dog my father was constantly interrupting me and pointing out my mistakes but I didn't response to it. Then suddenly how I get irritated and give a tight slap to my dogs back. And he was shouting but I didn't react for around 5 mins after that I realized that I did wrong thing and I felt very guilty. Masturbation is normal process, its not any side effect and not effect on your future . approx 95% of males in the world during lifetime. Most of the boys when enter in age of adolescent around 15 years, they learn and start doing masturbation. It continues up to marriage. Even after marriage when wife is away or pregnant, they do it. So don't worry. u do masturbation as your requirement.

for masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. Sitting job for long time and then rest at night under the hight speed fan is a reason for pain in nerves. It occurs due to compression of nerves at lower back. Exercise is must, frequent change of position while sitting for long time. Take calcium rich food.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Ways to Stop Masturbation If you have decided that you would like to stop masturbating there are a few methods you can take to start curbing the habit. (1) Stop feeling guilty - The first step in getting over an addicting behavior is to stop feeling guilty for indulging. If you are dwelling on your bad behavior, it only makes it more tempting to continue. Some also find they are just as addicted to the guilt as they are to masturbating in the first place. It is perfectly acceptable to make mistakes and stumble along your path to recovery. Forgive yourself and move on rather than focusing on your slip ups instead of beating yourself up and focusing excessive energy on this incident. (2) Rid enablers - Remove anything that increases your temptation to participate in masturbation. If you have a stash of toys or paraphernalia, throw it away. Block websites on your computer that allow you to access pornographic content. If you have someone in your home that you are comfortable sharing this with, ask them to reset your passwords so you will not be able to remove these bans yourself. Avoid situations such as hot showers or staying up late so you will not be tempted. (3) Fill up your social schedule - Do this so that you do not feel bored and lonely. Loneliness increases the temptation to masturbate, especially if you feel as though you are using masturbation as a replacement for romantic interaction. Boredom gives your mind time to wander to sexual thoughts and provides the time and energy to masturbate. (4) Join in activities and find new hobbie - As you work to fill up your schedule with other activities, you will want to find another channel for your energy. Finding a creative outlet for your energy will fill up your time and give you something to feel satisfied about so you do not need masturbation to be satisfied. Find a new hobby, join a club, start playing sports or find a volunteer activity that you can use to fill up your time. (5) Alter your diet - Increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables can make you feel more alert and give you the energy you need to take part in other activities. This can also boost brainpower, giving you the push you need to resist your urge to masturbate. (6) Be patient - You are not going to be able to stop masturbating overnight. It is perfectly understandable if you have a relapse or struggle with letting go of your habit. Set up a reward system or checkpoint that you can use to keep yourself motivated. This will help you avoid dwelling on the negative and allowing a mistake from blocking your way to recovery. (7) Find someone trustworthy. Sometimes you might need help to completely stop masturbating. Find someone you can trust such as a religious leader or counselor so you can talk through your urges and find a set of tools that can help you stop. There are counselors that specialize in providing counseling and care to those with sexual addictions who may be able to help you find healthy ways to rid yourself of these urges.

Gud morning. Iam 38 years woman suffering with hypothyroid problem. I got my test done 5 days back. T3 total level--- 0.80 ng/ml t4 total is 8.10 and tsh is 0.96. Kindly suggest the dose of elltroxin which should be taken.

The dosage you are taking is ok, there is no reason to reduce the dose now. After 6 weeks get the test done again and levels of tsh are similar you may reduce to 75 mcg. Per day. Suddenly reducing the dosage can again increase tsh levels due inadequate amount of thyroxine.
