Dear user. Her doctor must have explained the after effects of gall bladder removal to your friend in detail. A lack of bile can produce symptoms such as bloating and indigestion after meals, light colored stools, diarrhea, fatigue after meals and nutrient deficiencies. These all can be managed through medicines as well as diet. Nothing to worry and many people live without gall bladder. Take care.

Please note that you require medicines for your condition. Take a balance diet and on time daily. Avoid foods that cause you trouble. Do not drink water in empty stomach and also excess in amount - drink water according to your thirst. Please take Nux vom 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks and revert back. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/fast-foods, etc. Take home made food only.

Hi. You are having ulcers as well as GERD. However it is not related to BP or vice versa. But stress and anxiety can be a reason for both conditions. Apart from medications change your lifestyle. Avoid unnecessary stress and anxiety. Sleep properly on time. Take meals on time. Avoid spicy oily and outside food. Avoid tea/coffee, alcohol/tobacco. For medicines you can consult me online.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hello Doctor, From past few months (3 months) I am not feeling very great. I feel low in energy all the time and when I stand on my feet I feel like I have to hold onto something to be steady though I don't feel I am fainting or I will fall or lose my balance. But yes I feel like that I am disbalancing a bit. Secondly, I have this problem of heartburn and gas as well. No matter what I eat, sometimes I get severe heart burn and sometimes I am OK. Gas is constantly building whenever I eat anything. I would say that 65% after eating anything I get heartburn. Thirdly, I get palpitations and I think I have become very sensitive. Sensitive in the sense that whenever I am sleeping or resting on my bed, even a small sound or a bang or anything or even a slight banging makes me feel like my heart is pounding/dropping/ or something (dil ghabrana ek dum se). From past few days I got this pain in my chest (right side). Pain is not severe but it is disturbing and I don't feel comfortable at all. My stomach is upset all the time and some pain in bowel. I have got an ultrasound done, I can attach a copy of it if required. I feel low everything and I spend most of my time worrying about things or how to sort my life out. When I think too much these problems becomes intense and I feel really uncomfortable with all this happening. Headache is another issue, regular pain in temples of my head and itching inside my ear is also there. I have tried a lot of doctors but not happy with what they have suggested me. I would request you to consult or advice me in a best possible way please.

Firstly relax take it easy, with some discipline in life and medicine you can start feeling better get following tests and if already done write report blood cbc, blood sugar f/pp, lipid profile and thyroid hormones t3, t4, tsh get bp, ecg /tmt- treadmill test and echo. Start doing following you have to improve your food habits 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation report feed back with what ever reports available earliest good luck.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Do’s:

• Drink 1 – 2 glasses of lukewarm water early morning to stay healthy and acidity free. Drink more and more water. It is one of the easy Home Remedies to beat acidity. Have a habit to drink warm water after meal at night which helps in proper digestion.
• Coconut water is an effective means for acidity and soothe your digestive system.
• Eat carbohydrate rich food like rice ,which is easy to digest without any acid formation.
• Banana, watermelon and cucumber aid your digestion and good for curing acidity. So, use it in your diet.
• Vegetables like sweet potatoes ,carrot and beet root are effective in fighting acidity. Vegetables such as drumsticks, beans, pumpkin and carrot give you relief from acidity.
• Have dinner two to three hours before sleep, it would ensure food is digested completely and keep you healthy.
• Eat some almonds after every meal, every snack, every time you ingest something basically. Nuts do something to seemingly neutralize the juices in your stomach, relieving and preventing some instances of heartburn.
• Chewing on five to six tulsi leaves when you suffer from acidity is a great way to beat the discomfort you feel.
• Simply chewing on a few saunf seeds can help reduce the symptoms of acidity, as a long term remedy, boil a few seeds in water and leave overnight, drink this water during the day when you feel uneasy.
• Have one teaspoon of amla powder twice a day to help keep acidity at bay.
• Take a probiotic supplement. Probiotics are mixtures of "good" bacteria normally found in your gut.
• Use of honey and water before meals fights acidity.
• You can take cold cow milk before going to bed at night to cure acidity.
• You can chew piece of jaggery after every meal. Potassium present in the jaggery help to balance the stomach acid. Diabetes patients should not take jaggery.
• Sucking ginger is also very beneficial to neutralize stomach acid.
• Exercise daily. Yoga is the best exercise for acidity to cure and reduce it naturally.
• For instant relief from acidity, one should use Jaggery, banana, and yogurt.
• Clove: One piece of clove (laung or lavang) if kept in the mouth for some time can help in reducing acidity. Clove juice that goes into the system with saliva eases the abdomen and stomach greatly.

Dont’s:
• Don’t eat fried and oily food.
• Avoid intake of coffee ,tea and soft drinks.
• Avoid eating citrus fruits ,such as sweet lime and oranges , as they have high acid content.
• Stop smoking and limit your intake of alcohol as both can damage the sphincter and cause acid reflux.
• Avoid late nights ,as inadequate sleep can lead to severe acidity.
• Avoid going to bed immediately after having dinner.
• Do not wear tight clothes and lose weight if you are obese. Yoga and meditation can help lessen stress and reduce heartburn.
• Activities that put too much pressure on the stomach and cause acid reflux, such as bending; lifting heavy objects, straining, and coughing should be reduced as well.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . For painful piles and fissure avoid constipation by drinking plenty of water, decrease meat intake and dal, have good green leafy vegetables. That should prevent recurrence of the problem but risk will always be there. Regarding infection examination would be required.

Hello. Acidity occurs when there is excess secretion of acids in the gastric glands of the stomach. When the secretion is more than usual, we feel, what is commonly known as heartburn, which is normally triggered off by consumption of spicy foods. Here are some home remedies to cure acidity. - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead. - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday. - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity. - Coconut water is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity. - Drink a glass of cold milk - everyday. - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before going to bed. - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals. - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc. - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals. - Jaggery, lemon, banana, almonds and yogurt are all known to give you instant relief from acidity. - Excessive smoking and drinking will increase acidity, so cut down. - Try chewing gum.
