push up is a good exercise. no problem. please make sure your hand is placed exactly below your shoulder joint, your whole body is flat(your bump should not be lifted), take your face vertically down toward floor in between hands. do follow some warm up and cool down exercise for your shoulder. best of luck

My latest mri Grade 2 horizontal medial meniscus tear in posterior horn of body not extending up to surface ,PD hyper intensity signal showing irregularities showing partial acl tear accompanied mild buckling of pcl with normal signals , how long my knee survive ,which activity to do and which to forbid can my knee survive next 30+ years without surgery.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected ar

Yes its sciatica pain. If pain is acute means last 2 days then do hot fermentation and apply pain relief ointment and do stretching exercise like supine lying bend your one knee and do hip flex and hold then do straight leg raise do 3 to 5 time according your comfortable ness if it work then ok otherwise swd tens and ultrasonic therapy rest must equal balance on both legs avoid toward bending.

Cracking sound is not an abnormal in this age. It may bz of not doing regular exercises or lazy life style. Do some regular exercises it will go soon intestines swelling- change your food habits. Have healthy food and more water.

Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. I am 20 years old I'm unable to pass stools and I have fever only in nights and I'm feeling weakness n neck pain and some times my nose starts bleeding suddenly and there will be muscle Catch oftenly.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and revert with findings and get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal, sgpt and urine r/m and revert with reports.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment for back pain. Start with spinal exercise. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things Use lumber spine belt. Take calcium and multivitamin for 2 month

I am 29 years old male. I am having knee pain and muscle pain in legs since 3 yrs. I showed one of an orthopedic doctor, he says its nothing but because of my flat feet, I am wearing insoles in shoes (6 months use) as suggested by him, but no improvement. I work in a office where I have to sit all day on a chair. On holidays my plain reduces, but again on weekdays it grows. Its not severe, I can run and walk much. But when I rest, it feels like pain a lot. I have thalassemia minor, no allergy, no operation and had minor knee injury during childhood days. Help me out.
