Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) sleep upto 10.30 pm, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) use evenshade cream of charak pharma, B) take 30 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA before meals, C) take ½ tsf of nimbadi churna after meals, Do all things for 30 days. Gives you good result. THANKS.

Hello, for skin allergy, take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's rhus tox. 30 and urtica urens 30 - both thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert. For white patches/ spots: white patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine nat mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Can any doctor ensure survival 2-3 years of patient having colon tumors and liver mets?

Dear Sir, There is lot of improvements in the treatment of colorectal cancer. For liver metastases, the treatment has to be individualised. What we follow at our hospital is a customised approach. First we will do imaging of the patient to see where are the site of metastases. If it is restricted to only one site like liver, then we call it oligometastases. Here if the liver tumour is operable, then we do upfront surgery, else we start chemotherapy and reassess. A combination of chemotherapy, judicious use of surgery and liver directed therapies like RFA, MWA and/or TACE can often ensure a survival of 2 -3 years. But it all depends on the general condition of the patient and the tumour burden and number of metastases. Needless to say all these new technologies are a bit costly. But yes, often 2 year survival is possible in properly selected cases of colon cancer with metastases.
