Zocon c which is a clotrimazole cream is used for topical fungal infection. It can be used if your baby has fungal infection and that should be verified and prescribed by pediatrician.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Dear user, due to deficiency of vitamin d3, your legs and joints are weaken as the pain will increase, you can take pills of calcimac once a day and do muscle strecthing excercises to gain strength.

You are hurting persons then going to depression status. You are unable to control your moods properly. Because of your psychological problems it affects on physical aspects also. You need behaviour therapy. There is need of change your behaviour. Better to consult psychologist in bangalore. You have to change your behaviour. Anger management techniques are helpful when anger comes divert it towards other aspects. Take anything or talk to your friends. Change the place or move from the place. Walk when you feel anger. Take new things when anybody hurt to you. Smile when anybody hurt to you. Maintain calmness is also good. Do not argue do not react the situations. Feel always comfortable. Control mouth movements. Eat chicklets when mood spoils. Take any fruit juice or ice cream. Take rest. Sleep properly. If you follow these techniques no need to consult any psychologist. If you unable then consult. Practice yoga and meditation. Ok best of luck.

Hello . The best thing would be is to follow a wholesome plant based diet. Having flax seeds and sabza is the best remedy for hair fall. Walnuts and almonds will greatly help as well. Slight dietary modifications will help greatly in the long run.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
