Hello sir/madam, i'm suffering from severe hairfall, cracks and becoming fat from last 2 years and I have consulted a psychiatrist who is our family friend, he advised me to do thyroid test. When I did the results are positive and the doctor advised me to take thyronorm 25mcg tablets daily in the morning. From last two years i'm suffering with thyroid problem and using the tablets daily. From last one year my tsh value is normal. Recently when I took thyroid test my tsh value is 2.14. Can I stop the tablets or I have to continue please suggest me. Actually the doctor who suggested me to take the tablets is a psychiatrist who is a very well known doctor and he is having knowledge on all these.?

you can low the doce of thyroid medicines ...according to reports. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Please show to dental surgeon for checkup of removed 3rd molar region there may be some deep pocket need treatment in that area and to remain free from smell, most important is to maintain good oral hygiene. Kindly ensure that you rinse after having meals. Brush twice a day, once in morning and after dinner and use listerine mouthwash twice a day morning and before going to bed. Visit your dentist once in six month for checkup and cleaning of teeth if required.

Dear lybrate user. Sex is always enjoyed if it is done with love, passion and affection. The love making time is important. It should be within 30 minutes. The more you try to extent it, the more you and your partner will be stressed and therefore the pleasure associated with orgasm will be simultaneously reduced. Therefore, limit the sexual performance to less than 30 minutes. Sex is energy consuming and your body needs proper rest and nutrition replenishment after every sex. Also keep in mind that you should provide 24 hours gap between two sexual intercourses. Sexual intercourse is not advised in the cases of stress, anxiety, physical fatigue, cough, cold etc... Take care.

Get your test done for thyroid and avoid constipation and fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Hi, the symptoms of jaundice are: - fever - vomitting - tiredness - loss of appetite - abdominal pain - yellowish discolouration of the conjunctiva, tongue, nail beds, skin and urine. - whitish stools. - body itching - enlargement of the liver and spleen take complete bed rest. Avoid spicy and oily food for about 1 month. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, etc. Take tab. Arogyavardhini 1-1-1 after food and tab. Liv. 52 ds 1-0-1 and kumari asava 2 tsf 3 times a day with equal quantity of water. Take all these medicines for about a month and repeat the blood and urine examinations to assess the bilirubin levels.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects and repairs your skin.Antioxidants are agents that neutralize the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles . A simple chemistry lesson can explain how vitamin E does this. The atoms that comprise your body try to maintain an even number of electrons -- that's what makes them stable. If an atom has an uneven number of electrons, it will steal an electron from another atom to become stable. When your skin takes a beating from outside factors, such as the sun's ultraviolet rays, your body can produce free radicals. Free radicals are atoms with an uneven number of electrons, and when they form inside your body, they steal electrons from healthy cells like the ones that make up your skin. This can cause a damaging chain reaction, and that's where antioxidants like vitamin E come in action. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage from occurring. Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but your body can't produce it, which means you have to make sure you're getting enough of this valuable nutrient in your diet. Dab the vitamin E oil gently around your eyes, forehead and mouth to prevent and improve facial wrinkles .Pure vitamin E can help decrease facial roughness found in wrinkles and fine lines.

There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
