Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

No cream is gonna make you permanently fair. Use of fairness creams for long can be harmful for your skin. Try using natural stuff to brighten your skin and make it look shiny and glow. Use natural products like besan, haldi and milk aloevera green tea eggs papaya.

How Dermal Fillers Help You Look Years Younger

How Dermal Fillers Help You Look Years Younger

Dermal or skin fillers are natural or synthetic substances that are used to make a particular area on the face look plump, in other words 'fill' the skin produce younger looking, firmer, plumper skin. Usually used as injections, they plump up the skin just enough to make the wrinkle or the fine lines disappear. While Botox is also used as an injection, its intended use and area of use is different from fillers. Botox is most often used in the outer corners of the eyes and around the forehead.

Fillers are used in other areas mentioned below:

  1. The laugh lines or the nasolabial folds, lines that run from the nose to the mouth. Fillers can help smooth out the creases and add volume to this area.
  2. It can make the cheeks look fuller and provide a youthful appearance. Especially in the lower cheek areas, the fat pads shift constantly giving a hollowed out appearance. Fillers can be used in this area to produce younger appearance with fuller cheeks
  3. The undereye area, where there are depressions or hollows can produce a sagging, elderly look. Fillers used here can improve the appearance markedly
  4. Even out scars resulting from chicken pox or chronic acne
  5. Even out irregularities due to shifting fat pads, especially in the temple area or the lower cheek areas.
  6. Adding volume to thin lips, which again can make one appear old and aged
  7. Smoothing out vertical lines around the lip edges, which again produce an elderly appearance

These are some uses of dermal fillers. As mentioned, they can be natural or synthetic substances.

Natural fillers usually has hyaluronic acid and is usually effective immediately, but last for about 6 months to a year. In some people, subsequent filler injections produce effective results and the interval between injections may continue to increase. If you are

Synthetic ones on the other hand contain collagen or other similar chemicals, but can produce more long-lasting results. They can be semi-permanent or permanent.

When to use fillers: A great skin care regime can help delay the onset of ageing changes and also reduce the severity. However, despite it, after a certain stage, there would definitely be changes arising out of muscle movement, fat loss, chronic sun damage, ageing skin, etc. When these begin to bother you, then dermal fillers are a good option to consider.

However, a detailed discussion with your dermatologist including aspects of both should ensue. From the doctor's end, check for his skills, experience, technique used, testimonials and expenses. Discuss your skin type, risk tolerance, and potential side effects before choosing a treatment option. Once you opt for dermal fillers, the routine skin care with well tested products needs to continue, including aggressive care against sun damage.

Hi. Hair becomes dry when the natural oils produced by your scalp aren't getting the chance to nourish it. Age and menopause cause changes in the amount of hormones produced in the body. Common side effects include dry hair or even hair loss. Pregnancy also affects hormone levels and can result in dry hair until the pregnancy ends and hormones stabilize. If you struggle for an extended time with an illness, you may develop dry hair. Cancer patients undergoing conventional treatment often experience dry hair due to the medications and therapies used. But you should know that dry hair itself can be the symptom of an undiscovered disease. When accompanied by dry skin, brittle nails or other hair problems, it could be a sign of overall nutritional deficiency or disease. Dry hair marks all of these medical conditions: -Malnutrition is the condition that occurs when your body doesn’t get enough nutrients. An inadequate diet, problems with digestion or absorption, and certain medical conditions can all play a factor. -Anorexia is an eating disorder that causes people to lose more weight than is considered healthy, leading to nutritional deficiency. -Hypoparathyroidism and Hypothyroidism: Dry hair is only one physical change that affects patients with this condition. Other symptoms include obesity, fatigue, depression, weakness, and joint or muscle pain. Management: -Shampooing dry hair every day will make it ever drier and more brittle since you're stripping those oils away on a daily basis. -Comb instead of brushing. -Avoid using hair dryer/ blower. -Avoid Straightening, curling, dyeing, or otherwise processing your hair as they can cause long-term damage, even if you just do it once. -Use a good conditioner each time you shampoo. -Do regular deep conditioning treatments at least once a week. (Combine coconut oil, crushed almond, and lemon juice. Warm the mixture and massage it on your scalp. Cover your head with a warm towel for about half an hour then wash your hair.) -Make a homemade hair mask. (Mix two eggs and a little milk with a squeeze of lemon juice and bit of coconut oil. Apply to your scalp and hair. Leave in for an hour to nourish your hair and give it vitamin support. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.) -Use finishing oil to protect your hair. (can try Argan oil, Olive oil, Coconut oil or Jojoba oil). -Eat plenty of nutritious foods known to benefit the hair. Aim to get plenty of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and iron. Choose salmon, sardines, nuts, avocados, and flaxseeds. -Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. This prevents your hair from drying out. -Avoid smoking. The smoke from cigarettes can end up damaging your hair. -Protect your hair from sun and other elements. Can wear a sun hat. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 3 months.

Acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, Don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction(rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, Avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study , applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin E either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin E on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (RD) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications . I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for Rx.

Sun tan is a common issue this time of the year. A severe sun tan not only robs the skin of its natural glow, but also makes it itchy, lifeless and unhealthy. Here are six simple remedies you can easily follow to remove your tan and get your glowing skin back:

1. Turmeric face pack
Turmeric is commonly known as the best home medication and it indeed has several beneficial effects. Mix a spoonful of turmeric in a bowl of milk and apply the mixture to your face. Keep for 15 minutes and remove.

2. Lemon juice
Cut a lemon and rub the sliced portion on the tanned areas of the body. Wash off after keeping for 5-10 minutes and follow this procedure on a daily basis.

3. Honey and papaya face pack
Honey helps keep the skin soft and supple whereas papaya contains enzymes that enable whitening of skin and effective exfoliation. Blend the mixture of papaya and honey and apply on your face for at least half an hour to experience effective tan removal.

4. Sandalwood paste
Sandalwood has the capability to soothe the skin and rejuvenate it to return its natural glow. Sandalwood paste should be applied right before bedtime on a daily basis to help reduce the effect of sun tan.

If creams are not working, get a good treatment from a dermatologist like chemical peeling. It will consume some money but skin will be healthy. From now on, -wear sun screen with spf 30 or more. -keep wet wipes with you and clean your face every two hours and reapply sun screen. -keep your face covered, wear a cap.

Complexion is something which we get from either of our parents. If the low complexion is acquired, then you need to cover your face with white cotton cloth when you go out, use a sunscreen with spf 30 twice daily 30 min before going out. Drink lots of water, eat fresh vegetables and fruits.
