Yes you try. Food should total fry, fatty & fast food free. No yolk of egg, no pastry, cake etc. No cold or processed drink including alcohol, smoking(if u consume) take garlic in meal.

भारत में हार्ट अटैक या दिल की बिमारियों से हर साल लाखों लोगो की मौत होती है। यह बीमारी तनाव, दूषित खानपान, शूगर, ब्लड प्रैशर या मोटापे की वजह से ज्यादा होती है। इसलिए बीमारी में डाक्टर से तुरंत परामर्श लेना जरूरी हो जाता है। वैसे इस बीमारी से समय रहते थोड़ा ध्यान रख कर भी निश्चित ही बचा जा सकता है। *खाने में सरसों तेल का नियमित इस्तेमाल स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बना सकता है इसमें आवश्यक फैटी एसिड अनुपात से दिल की बीमारी के जोखिम को 70 प्रतिशत कम किया जा सकता है।
*कच्चा लहसुन रोज सुबह खाली पेट छील कर खाने से खून का संचार ठीक रहता है और दिल को मजबूत बनाता है,इससे कोलेस्ट्रॉल भी कम होता है।
*सेब का जूस और आंवले का मुरब्बा खाने से दिल बेहतर ढंग से काम करता है।
*शहद दिल को मजबूत बनाता है। इसलिए एक चम्मच शहद प्रतिदिन अवश्य ही लें।
*रोज 50 ग्राम कच्चा ग्वारपाठा खाली पेट खाने से भी कोलेस्ट्रॉल कम हो जाता है।
*लौकी उबालकर उसमें धनिया, जीरा व हल्दी का चूर्ण तथा हरा धनिया डालकर कुछ देर पकाकर इस सप्ताह में कम से कम 2-3 बार खाइए। इससे दिल को शक्ति मिलती है।
*अनार के रस में में मिश्री मिलाकर हर रोज सुबह-शाम पीने से दिल मजबूत होता है।
*बादाम खाने से दिल सेहतमंद रहता है क्योंकि इसमें विटामिन और फाइबर भरपूर मात्रा में होता है।
*अर्जुन छाल और प्याज को बराबर पीस कर समान मात्रा में तैयार कर प्रतिदिन आधा चम्मच दूध के साथ लेने से हृदय रोगों में बहुत ही लाभ मिलता है।
*खाने में अलसी के तेल का प्रयोग करें । अलसी में ओमेगा-3 फैटी एसिड भरपूर मात्रा में होता है जिससे भी दिल मजबूत होता है ।
*छोटी इलायची और पीपरामूल का चूर्ण घी के साथ खाने से भी दिल मजबूत रहता है।
*दिल को मजबूत बनाने के लिए गुड को देसी घी में मिलाकर नित्य खाने से भी बहुत फायदा होता है।
*गाजर के रस को शहद में मिलाकर पीने से भी दिल मजबूत होता है।
*अलसी के पत्ते और सूखे धनिए का काढ़ा बनाकर पीने से भी ह्रदय की कमजोरी मिटती है

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Being a homoeopath I will recommend you some very effective homoeopathic treatment bee pee aid drops (bakson) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water twice daily diabonil (sbl) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 15 minutes before meal uranium nitricum 1x (wilmar schawe india) 2 tab twice daily direct in mouth and chew eat little at a time every 2-3 hourly. Get bypass surgery done, it is safer with new technology and lasts longer / may be for life, mortality rate is less than 1% (walking on road has 3% mortality rate!) but get sugar controlled and after operation keep sugar levels on lower side so that your efforts of having undergone a major cardiac surgery is not wasted.

Your father is having low pulse rate that is called bradycardia if it is right from beginning itscal right what is the bp level if it ok then he should go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have nutritious food he may be having calcium tab also. Get the blood sugar level checked up. You can consult a medical specialist also.

Hi lybrate-user Set goals– Its important to set a goal to reach the goal, without a specific goal in mind you do not reach anywhere Have a plan -Before beginning your journey towards healthy weight , have a plan ready to follow and try to follow it as much as you can. Chew food well– Half of the digestion happens in your mouth, when food mixes well with your saliva, teeth are there for chewing food well, don’t just gulp your food down the throat, few not well digested can also lead to gaining weight Eat slowly, eat mindfully– Eating slowly and giving attention to what you eat helps you to digest your food well and also helps you enjoy the process of eating Eat vegetables with every meal- It is important to include vegetables in form of salads, soups or sabji with every meal, vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals plus are low in calories, it helps give feeling of satiety. Eat protein with every meal– Protein are important part of our diet, they help increase our metabolism and also help to repair wear and tear of body muscles. A diet with required amount of lean proteins aids in weight loss Cook at home– Avoid outside foods, they are high in not so good fats, colours, salt and preservatives. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

Hypertension or high blood pressure, as it is more commonly known, is regarded as the silent killer. It is a disease of modern age. The fast pace of life and the mental and physical pressures caused by industrial and metropolitan environments give rise to psychological tensions. Worry and mental tension increase the adrenaline in the blood stream and this; turn causes the pressure of blood to rise. The most important causes of hypertension are stress and faulty style of living. Hardening of the arteries, obesity, diabetes, and severe constipation also lead hypertension. Other causes of high blood pressure are excessive intake of pain-killer, tablets, salt, food allergy, and eating a high-fat, low fiber diet and processed foods, deficient in essential nutrients. Drugs do not remove a cause, nor do they cure the condition. All drugs against hypertension without some are toxic and have distressing side-effects. Treatment by natural way: diet is primary important, like vegetable like cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, radish, cabbage and spinach are best taken in row form. The intake of salt should be restricted; in any case it should not be taken more then four grams or half a teaspoon per day. Baking powder, contain sodium carbonate should also be avoided. Juice? s & fruit? s, butter milk, coconut water, soya /cow milk, steam vegetable? s, salad, sprouts mung, vegetable soup, simple diet are good for hb, considering diet is your medicine as promoted by naturopathic meditation, asana like pavanmuktasana, uttanpadasan and shavasana, yoga, regular exercise, proper sleep, cool mind, enjoy some of time for your choice game, entertainment, book reading, swimming etc are also help to reduce hb vitamin c, zinc, garlic, onion, fiber food, calcium are essential in hb ignatia, acid phose, baryata carb, conium, belladonna, sepia and carbo veg are some of the homoeopathic remedy to control hb, but keep in mind that your food n correct life style is your best medicine avoid: meats, sugar, white flour, common salt, tea, coffee, pickles, fried food, bakery products etc, caution: hb should not be taken lightly best wishes.

Hello lybrate user, there are lots of causes of your concern but I feel it might be due to electrolyte imbalances in your blood (such as sodium or potassium) but do consult physician for any other medical issue. Limit or stop using caffeine. Some people are sensitive to caffeine and may notice more symptoms when using caffeine products (such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and some over-the-counter medications). If you smoke, stop smoking. Limit your intake of alcohol. If not hypertensive can have lemon juice with sugar and salt or water with glucose and electoral powder once or twice a day depending upon the severity.

Morning walk is like sanjeevni for obesity and hypertension. Immediately after a walk there will be rise in bp for quite sometime. One should not be worried about it. Always check bp before starting of walk or after 1 hour of walk. Still if it is high then need treatment modifications but keep the walk and dietary modifications continue as long as she is physically and mentally fit to do that.

May be, may be not. Depends upon the presentation. If the pain appears immediately after exertion, then it could be a sign of poor blood supply through coronaries when the heart needs more blood and oxygen. If there is family history of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease then one must evaluate itself by cardiac check up like ecg, blood pressure, regularity of pulses, 2 d echo etc. If everything comes to be normal, then you may rest assured.

Hello, This problem may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Pantocid 40 mg one tablet before food for 3 days B.
