I am 57 year old and under went bypass surgery ten years back. I am fit and fine but I am suffering from gas trouble. After meal or before meal I feel heavy in my stomach and and feel suffocation. Though I can breath easily but feel uneasy. Please advice.

Are you walking or exercising? are your bowels clear? if your stomach feels heavy before meals, why then are you eating? you are overloading your system - don' t eat if you are already feeling heavy. In any case start having several small meals, and miss out if you are not hungry. There is no reason to stuff yourself just because it is habit or convention. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

Hello, I am 42 Years male. 1 stunt was in-plant in 2010. I am taking thyronorm 25, Deplatt 150, Tolol-XR 50, Ramistar 2.5, Ecosprin 150 in the morning and Storvas 40 in the night daily. I had DENGUE in Aug. 15 and Virol in Nov. 15. Know I had loss 15 Kgs after nov. 15. I feel more hungry in the morning and I drink 1.5 to 2 ltrs. Of water in the night and drink 3 to 4 Ltrs. In day time. I feel my mouth dry in the night. I am regular drinker. Can you Find out the reason of losing weight.

It's very surprising that you are consuming alcohol after all the problems. Haven't any doctor advised you to stop alcohol? It's high time. Stop it immediately. Be under the advise of a good physician and trust him. Follow his advise in detail.

I am 62 years old I suffering from hypertension since 12 years and also having sleep problems. Right now I am taking NEBICARD H for hypertension and AMIXIDE and Trika. 5 mg. But still having some problems with sleep. Also feeling some sex problems like pre ejaculation. Please advise your opinion.

Hi I am taking atorvastatin and candesartan for cholesterol and high bp. Along with this can I take a concoction made from ginger juice + garlic juice + Apple cider vinegar+ lemon juice + honey. Read in many places that this concoction clears cholesterol. Please advise thanks.

I am 25 years old from last 1 month sometimes I am getting chest pain in left side.

1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. I am 65 year old gentleman. I had a double bypass 12 years back. Recently I underwent a angiogram / angioplasty(one stent).My medication was changed to Metolar 25, Rozat 10 ecosprin 75,Olesertain 20 Parista 10 + Egluim MP1(diabities) - all once a day.BP and Blood sugar under control. Of late my libido seems to be low.Do you think the medicines could be the cause? Please advise.

To control & maintain BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. You should do regular walking with exercises at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. For better and quick results you can take r 2 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for two weeks. Revert back after two weeks with feedback.
