Nowadays hair fall has become a very common problem for children as well as for adults two. Many advanced treatments are being given and still the problem remains same. Hair fall is not a disease but a symptom of some underlying disease or syndrome. We used to see around 500 hair fall patients a month and each patient has a different cause for hair fall. Most successful treatment depends upon the finding root cause of the disease. Until unless the root cause is treated, it's difficult to treat hair fall completely.

1. Psychiatric cause.
We have experienced many cases comes with hair fall may have some underlying cause which is not related to something tangible. There is a condition called as o c d (obsessive compulsive disorder). Some of these patients having a tendency to pull their own hair to ease the pressure from inside. O c d is a kind of disease which makes the person repeat the same behavior again and again.

2. Lack of beta carotene.

If the consumption or absorption of beta-carotene is less, then there are chances of severe hair fall.

3. Lack of nutrition.

If the hair roots are not getting enough amount of nutrition either due to lack of supply of nutrition or due to impairment in blood circulation towards the scalp.

Treatment for hair fall.

Trichoroot act is an herbal formula which includes hair oil and herbal medicines to stimulate the hair follicle, to provide nutrition to the hair follicle and helps in preventing hair fall and promoting hair growth naturally. Many successful treatments in patients with trichromat act formula depend upon the age of the patient, the severity of the hair fall, the area of baldness, chronicity of the disease, hereditary factors, allergic factors, underlying diseases like thyroid problems, diabetes or any other allied autoimmune diseases. Hi lybrate-user- incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. - do surya namaskar 10 times daily to reduce extra fat from body.

Fever from 4-5 days. There s nothing found in blood test. Its about 99-100 degree. Want to know why it occur?

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures.Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Hi, limit your diet to eating rice once a day not at night. Don't eat fried food. At dinner you can opt for oats and fruits or vegetable soup daily. Morning breakfast you can include fruits and don't eat bakery products.

I have acne problem and now I can see some dark skin tone around my mouth? What should I do? Please help me.

These are the methods to treat fastly acne & dark skin - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. you. I used the toothpaste and sugar test though they do not have guarantee but I used them there was no changes in colour in the toothpaste and the sugar dissolved in the urine. No any pregnancy symptom except missed period and little cramps with white mucous discharge. Am I pregnant?

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off.
