Anger and aggression is mental disorder. You must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. Therefore no medicines are required. Mental disorder can be successfully treated with the help of awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem. Let me know if you are willing to undergo counseling sessions and tailor made psycho therapy through mobile. Take care.

How to improve my body fitness and how to reduce my body weight. Now my body weight is 80kg my height is 175cm.
Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, turkey, salmon, anchovies, sardines, oysters, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much. For Weight Reduction: It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a common gut disorder. The cause is not known. Symptoms can be quite variable and include tummy (abdominal) pain, bloating, and sometimes bouts of diarrhoea and/or constipation. Symptoms tend to come and go. There is no cure for ibs, but symptoms can often be eased and prevent with homeopathic treatment. What is irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) and who gets it? ibs is a common functional disorder of the gut. A functional disorder means there is a problem with the function of a part of the body, but there is no abnormality in the structure. So, in ibs, the function of the gut is upset, but all parts of the gut look normal, even when looked at under a microscope what are the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (ibs)? pain and discomfort may occur in different parts of the tummy (abdomen). Pain usually comes and goes. The length of each bout of pain can vary greatly. The pain often eases when you pass stools (faeces) or wind. Many people with ibs describe the pain as a spasm or colic. The severity of the pain can vary from mild to severe, both from person to person, and from time to time in the same person. Bloating and swelling of your abdomen may develop from time to time. You may pass more wind than usual. Changes in stools: some people have bouts of diarrhoea, and some have bouts of constipation. Some people have bouts of diarrhoea that alternate with bouts of constipation. Sometimes the stools become small and pellet-like. Sometimes the stools become watery or more loose. At times, mucus may be mixed with the stools. There may have a feeling of not emptying the back passage (rectum) after going to the toilet. Some people have urgency, which means they have to get to the toilet quickly. A morning rush is common. That is, they feel an urgent need to go to the toilet several times shortly after getting up. This is often during and after breakfast. Other symptoms which sometimes occur - include: feeling sick (nausea). Headache. Belching. Poor appetite. Tiredness. Backache. Muscle pains. Feeling quickly full after eating. Heartburn. Bladder symptoms (an associated irritable bladder). Some people have occasional mild symptoms. Others have unpleasant symptoms for long periods. Many people fall somewhere in between, with flare-ups of symptoms from time to time. Some doctors group people with ibs into one of three categories: those with abdominal pain or discomfort, and the other symptoms are mainly bloating and constipation. Those with abdominal pain or discomfort, and the other symptoms are mainly urgency to get to the toilet, and diarrhoea. Those who alternate between constipation and diarrhoea. However, in practice, many people will not fall neatly into any one category, and considerable overlap occurs. Note: passing blood is not a symptom of ibs. You should tell a doctor if you pass blood. Do I need any tests for irritable bowel syndrome (ibs)? there is no test that confirms the diagnosis of ibs. A doctor can usually diagnose ibs from the typical symptoms. However, a blood sample or stool (faeces) test is commonly taken to do some tests to help rule out other conditions such as crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, cancer of the ovary, gut infections, etc. The symptoms of these other diseases can sometimes be confused with ibs. Tests done commonly include: full blood count (fbc) - to rule out lack of iron in the blood (anaemia), which is associated with various gut disorders. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (esr) or c-reactive protein (crp) - which can show if there is inflammation in the body (which does not occur with ibs). A blood test for coeliac disease. In women, a blood test to rule out cancer of the ovary, called ca 125. A stool test to look for a protein called faecal calprotectin. This may be present if you have crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, but is not present in ibs. More complicated tests such as gastroscopy (a look into the bowel with a special telescope) are not usually needed. However, they may be done if symptoms are not typical, or if you develop symptoms of ibs in later life (over the age of about 50) when other conditions need to be ruled out. What causes irritable bowel syndrome (ibs)? the cause is not clear. It may have something to do with overactivity of part or parts of the gut. What are the treatments for irritable bowel syndrome (ibs)? many people are reassured that their condition is ibs, and not something more serious such as colitis. Simply understanding about ibs may help you to be less anxious about the condition, which may ease the severity of symptoms. Symptoms often settle for long periods without any treatment. In some cases, symptoms are mild and do not require treatment. There are many different treatments that may be tried for ibs. All will have an effect on some people, but none will help in every person with ibs. No treatment is likely to take away symptoms completely, but treatment can often ease symptoms and improve your quality of life. If symptoms are more troublesome or frequent, one or more of the following treatment options may be advised: treatment option 1: lifestyle changes exercise. Regular exercise is known to help to ease symptoms. Managing stress levels. Stress and other emotional factors may trigger symptoms in some people. So, anything that can reduce your level of stress or emotional upset may help. Keeping a symptom diary. - it may help to keep a food and lifestyle diary for 2-4 weeks to monitor symptoms and activities. Note everything that you eat and drink, times that you were stressed, and when you took any formal exercise. This may identify triggers, such as a food, alcohol, or emotional stresses, and may show if exercise helps to ease or to prevent symptoms. If you are advised to try a particular treatment, it may be sensible to keep a symptom diary before and after the start of the treatment. For example, before changing the amount of fibre that you eat, or taking a probiotic (explained later), or starting medication. You may wish to jot down in the diary the type and severity of symptoms that you have each day for a week or so. Keep the diary going after you start treatment. You can then assess whether a treatment has improved your symptoms or not. Treatment option 2: dietary changes a healthy diet is important for all of us. However, some people with irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) find certain foods of a normal healthy diet can trigger symptoms or make symptoms worse. General dietary advice for ibs- -have regular meals and take time to eat at a leisurely pace. -avoid missing meals or leaving long gaps between eating. -drink at least eight cups of fluid per day, especially water or other non-caffeinated drinks. This helps to -keep the stools (faeces) soft and easy to pass along the gut. -restrict tea and coffee to three cups per day (as caffeine may be a factor in some people). -restrict the amount of fizzy drinks that you have to a minimum. -don't drink too much alcohol. (some people report an improvement in symptoms when they cut down from drinking a lot of alcohol.) -consider limiting intake of high-fibre food (but see the section above where an increase may help in some cases). -limit fresh fruit to three portions (of 80 g each) per day. - if you have diarrhoea, avoid sorbitol, an artificial sweetener found in sugar-free sweets (including chewing gum) and in drinks, and in some diabetic and slimming products. -if you have a lot of wind and bloating, consider increasing your intake of oats and daliya (for example, oat-based breakfast cereal or porridge) all are temporary treatment as per provided information, for permanent cure we need detail history and investigations. Homeopathy is best, safe and effective. We treated every day 2-3 patients of this type of problem with no side effects, no worries our 94% success rates makes sure we're the complete package. You can contact us for treatment.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Hi lybrate-user. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Cap trichup, 1 cap twice a day after food for 1 month. Tips:- 1. Wash hair regularly with lukewarm to cold water to keep the scalp clean and healthy 2. Avoid combing hair when wet since it is prone to breakage at such time.
