Hello, pcos or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. Pcos also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: acne. Weight gain and trouble losing weight. Extra hair on the face and body. Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp. Irregular periods. Often women with pcos have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. Fertility problems. Many women who have pcos have trouble getting pregnant (infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for pcos. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do. Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have pcos can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5 kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

If you are seeking ways to increase pleasure during lovemaking, or if you have doubts if your partner is as satisfied as you are, the primary thing you have to do is ‘talk it out’. Multi-tasking is the need of the hour, and with so much to do in your hands, you might have a doubt about your sex life. Luckily, herbs like cinnamon, ginger, etc. Increase blood circulation and act as psychological stimulators leading to an increase in sexual pleasure. Certain scents prove to be erotic and result in sexual arousal. An interesting and romantic atmosphere with candles and flowers also contribute to sexual arousal. Foreplay plays a vital role when it comes to increasing sexual pleasure. These are just a few ways to increase pleasure. If you need a more professional advice, there is always an option for couple therapies. Book an appointment with a sex therapist now.

No its not necessary. It's actually a misconception that girls who doesn't bleed on their first time of intercourse are no longer virgins. It is okay not to bleed, most women don't. There are many reasons behind it, the cause of bleeding is the breaking of the hymen that is done through penetration. The hymen is a very thin and can be easily broken. Athletes commonly because of stretching and exercise breaks the hymen which means that they no longer will bleed while having sex. Not bleeding on your first time is not something to be scared about especially if you masturbate, we can already assume that you won't bleed. The definition of virginity is not yet able to experience sexual intercourse. If you haven't been penetrated by a male reproductive organ then you are still a virgin. And to bleed or not to bleed is no longer relevant. The other comments had already explain a lot. If you are not satisfied with the provided information you can just research about it.

Hello! Reduction of one fetus is being done quite frequently now due to multiple pregnancies resulting from various infertility treatments. There is a slight risk of abortion, but otherwise comparatively safe. Go ahead and get it done.

5 Things That Can Make You Lose Your Sex Drive

5 Things That Can Make You Lose Your Sex Drive

In order to fulfill your and your partner's desires if must understand them and along with that you need to keep a track of your mental and physical health, so that you can fulfill those desires. There is an increasing number of people with the issue of reduced sexual drive and this being a private matter are not able to come out in the open to discuss it.  However, this is an issue that can only be solved by a frank discussion, and when that is done, it might seem like there was no problem in the first place.

Listed below are some things that can lead to a lower sexual drive. It is to be noted that women and men have different reasons leading to reduced libido.

  1. Reduced hormone levels:  The most prominent cause is reduced levels of testosterone and estrogen, which are hormones required for development of sexual characteristics in males and females respectively.  The levels can reduce depending on various reasons from hypogonadism to loss of ovaries to psychological stress to medications to drinking and smoking.  The first step in managing this would be to establish the fact that there are reduced hormone levels and pin the cause for it.  Most people respond almost immediately to replacement therapy.  Additionally, in some cases, the cause for reduced hormones can be addressed when identified.
  2. Physiological problems: Especially in women, if there is painful intercourse, then the drive is naturally reduced. The reason for the pain could be spasms or infection and need to be identified and treated.  Psychological constraints are another major reason that most females have painful intercourse.  Counselling along with therapy, if required can help these patients.
  3. Medications: From antidepressants to antihypertensives, though they are meant to cure some medical condition, they lead to some other condition. Drugs like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCA), and beta-adrenergic blockers are famous for their ability to reduce libido.
  4. Lifestyle habits: From smoking to drinking alcohol to junk food to lack of exercise, the effect on libido is very strong. Smoking decreases blood flow in general, which leads to reduced desire.
  5. Chronic diseases: Whether it is depression or diabetes, hypertension or hyperlipidemia, they all have an indirect effect on the sex drive of a person. Additionally, the constant stress of having to monitor health and maintain a good lifestyle has an effect on the overall health and definitely on the sex drive.  In some cases, this could lead to drinking and smoking and use of medications all of which again can affect the sex drive. It goes into a vicious cycle and the patient needs to accept some facts and manage to work around the others.

It is indeed very stressful when a person finds out that he has a low sexual drive. However, it is not impossible to manage with a little help and support, both from the partner and the doctor.

Artificial insemination or IUI is a quite simple process where the husband's semen is purified and placed inside the wife's womb. It has a success of about 12-15% per month based on the sperm count. So over a period of 6 months 85% of the women do get pregnant. Cost can be anywhere between 4k to 15k based on your city doctor and hospital.
